Function:
Development of new business within the web hosting and web design industry and run all business development activities.
This is a head hunting role business to business sales.
Responsibilities:
Increase customer base and develop customer contacts.
Sell and promote web design services and web hosting to provide maximum exposure of the companies image.
Manage the entire sales process involved with selling web design services to new clients (prospecting, territory management, meeting scheduling, product demonstrations, objection handling, contract negotiation).
Develop relationships with individual customers and sell to all types of industries.
Provides management with complete, current and accurate data on applicable customer activity.
Demonstrate effectiveness by consistently hitting (and exceeding) monthly, quarterly and yearly objectives.
Provides input to development of business goals and assess recommendations for new business areas and opportunities.
Drive penetration into assigned markets through various means including email, telephone.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year business development in sales or retail sales experience.
Ability to recognize opportunities and utilize sales experience to successfully negotiate and close deals within the Web Hosting/Web Design Industry.
Ged or high school diploma required.
Strong leadership, behavior traits and a desire to succeed.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Assisting potential customers with questions and recommending them to the proper product or service based on their needs with a strategic and ethical sales approach
• Assisting customers with cancellation requests and making retention efforts to maintain their partnership
• Demonstrating account management / billing proficiency, minor technical skills and effective soft skills in resolving customer issues
• Effectively managing self to meet departmental goals and resolve incoming workload efficiently
Qualifications :

• Ability to speak & write clearly in English
