Job Description:
• Drafting comprehensive website design mockups to be approved by clients and team management.
• Designing and implementing new website features and functionality based on client specification.
• Establishing and guiding the website's architecture, based primarily on UX and SEO best practices.
• Ensuring high-performance, availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
• Helps formulate an effective and responsive design, then turning it into a working WP theme.
Required Candidate Profile:
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites with the user experience in mind.
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Inspector, etc.
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
• Ability to convert comprehensive mockups into working pages within WordPress.
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development and having database knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to liaise and negotiate.
• Experience working and contributing to a team with proven experience building relationships inside and outside a company.
• Professional, flexible, and open to feedback for improvement at all levels of the design and development process.
• Prompt resolutions to system issues/concerns with recommendations.
