The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various federal commercial business (B2B), government agencies (B2G) and their Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, experience performing PTW analysis leading to the development of price and non-price evaluation targets and be able to deliver PTW recommendations to impact winning strategies for competitive business opportunities.

JOB SUMMARY:

The PTW Analyst is a self-motivated individual who can work both independently and as a team player, possessing a unique skill set of technical, financial, business, strategic and analytical skills. The Analyst will coordinate with the business development capture team to analyze opportunity requirements, customer budgets, evaluation criteria, customer award trends, competitive landscape, and model potential competitor solutions to develop competitive price and non-price bid strategies and targets.

Qualified candidates should understand the government and commercial procurement processes, the business development capture cycle, and have experience working on proposals with capture teams. Essential skills for this position include familiarity with compiling and summarizing competitive intelligence research and analysis using market research tools & database subscriptions, as well as supporting post-award win/loss lessons learned analyses to create and enhance CI/PTW database.

Qualified candidates should understand the following System types include the following but not limited to:
• Check point CT systems
• Checkpoint x-ray systems
• Explosive Detection Systems (EDS)
• Automatic tray return systems (ATRS)
• Explosive trace detection systems (ETD)
• Millimeter wave technology passenger screening (MMW).

Successful candidates will be able to work simultaneously on multiple projects and resolve conflicting priorities as new opportunities arise. Assignments will require some knowledge and understanding of business, technology, engineering disciplines and financial cost models and the ability to coordinate with subject matter experts to include their knowledgeable input into the PTW product.

The PTW Analyst must have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to support capture reviews and present PTW recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience or a master's degree and minimum of 6 years. Additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 2-3 years providing Position-to-Win analyses and assessments
• Cost modeling experience and understanding of financial strategies
• Understanding of Business Development capture processes
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with multiple deadlines and changing priorities
• Ability to produce high-quality material with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft SharePoint, and ability to learn new applications

Pay Range:

Purpose of the Position

The Director of External Communications is a vital member of the Executive Office, working with the Development team, as well as the Policy & Planning team. • Create, with the SVP Development, a comprehensive and ongoing strategic communications plan in terms of messaging/content, vehicles for communications, social media and public relations.

The Guest Service Host position is for someone who can work independently and loves meeting... new people. This person should take pride in customer service and making every guest experience special and unique.

Job Summary:
• Provide excellent customer service to bring the excitement and thrill of winning to every guest. This would include: greeting and welcoming guests, providing personalized customer service, preparing and serving food & beverages.
• Working independently to effectively maintain the operations of the store during each shift while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout all areas of the location.
• Engage and aid in guest participation of monthly promotions by encouraging guest to join in on the excitement.
• Ensure cleanliness throughout location, including kitchen, gaming areas, and restroom.

Job Requirements:
• Maintain a positive work environment for employees and guests.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Accurately count and handle money.
• Complete required training including Basset and SafeServe.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to use a touch-sensitive POS System.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs.
