Description:
Maverick Windows is seeking Residential Appointment Setters to join our team. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated to create a better future for themselves, the environment, and the customer. As an Appointment Setter, you will cover local areas, meet with homeowners to help them determine if their home is a fit for our services, and schedule appointments for our sales advisors to discuss the details. This is perfect for individuals looking for a growing company in which they can grow, learn, and earn a great income. This position is crucial as it is the first impression that a future customer that Maverick Windows will have.
No experience is necessary but if you are a persuasive, outgoing individual, that loves talking to people, contact us!
THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION! APPOINTMENT SETTING ONLY
Responsibilities:
· Qualifying homes and homeowners for our windows and doors
· Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
· Setting appointments for energy advisors
· Initiating a genuine conversation
· Making a future friend, and customer
Qualifications:
· Great attitude
· Fantastic work ethic
· Coachable and self-motivated
· Ability to be organized
· Friendly/outgoing personality
Compensation:
· $17 - $20 / hour plus bonuses/commissions (most setters make $1000 to $1500/wk)
