Job Summary

Window World warehouse associates are critical to our daily operation. This position will be in direct communication with our dedicated contractors, service technicians, project managers, and office staff. Our warehouse associate will be responsible for but limited to the following; day to day deliveries, out going projects, inventory and maintenance, and possible field service assistance.

Responsibilities
• Arrive at the Window World location in a punctual manner
• Ability to lift 100lbs repeatedly daily
• .Receiving products and unloading delivery trucks
• Organizing and inventorying client projects
• Inventory of stock supplies
• Maintaining and organizing the cleanliness of warehouse and facilities
• Preparing product daily for upcoming installations
• Forklift operations daily
• Ensuring disposal areas are safe and clean at all times

Qualifications
• Must have the knowledge and ability to manage and maintain inventory
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must have persistence and strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Take pride in craftsmanship and finished work product
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Window and Door knowledge is preferred but not required

Job Summary

Window World Customer Service Representatives II (CSR II) will work with both current and potential customers in a variety of tasks. Day-to-day, CSR IIs will manage inbound/outbound calls and work within a customer relations management (CRM) software to schedule appointments for sales, product installation, and record customer data. CSR IIs must be energetic and positive, with a customer-first mentality to create positive experiences for all Window World customers.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls using proper phone etiquette.

Maintain strong knowledge of products, policies, and services of the organization.

Convert customer inquiries from various communication channels into in-home sales appointments.

Schedule sales appointments, product installations, and/or service appointments with both customers and Window World team.

Resolve customer issues by determining cause of problem, facilitating a resolution, and timely following up with customers.

Day-to-day, the Field Service Technician will attend to three to five in home service calls.
