About The Role

Digital Marketing Website Manager

We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Website Manager (Web Manager / Digital Marketing Manager) with an analytical approach, a comprehensive understanding of SEO, and a background in successfully managing B2B websites, preferably in telecommunications or a similar high-tech industry.

As our Website Manager, you will be responsible for understanding Kinetic Business and Wholesale objectives, designing the digital user experience for our segments, trialing new tactics that increase conversions, and optimizing the site for SEO. Experience with web analytics, keyword research, security issues, content creation, SEO, SEM, Display and Paid Social, CMS, A/B testing, and conversion optimization is critical.

What You’ll Do
• Plan, monitor, and evolve Kinetic Business and Wholesale’s web properties in alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
• Rationalize, develop, and optimize microsites and landing pages.
• Redevelop and optimize B2B e-commerce experience, optimizing for conversions.
• Improve the user experience and increase website conversions
• Developing and maintaining public websites and microsites using WordPress, Craft CMS, and HTML. Create new web content aligned with the company’s messaging and strategy
• Design, develop, and test banners, optimize calls to action, and update content.
• Work simultaneously on multiple projects and lead a matrixed team of agencies and individuals across the IT, Business, Consumer, and Enterprise teams.
• Create website audits and make recommendations.
• Understand and implement SEO strategies and accessibility principles. Conduct keyword research and track rankings, making recommendations for improving SEO performance
• Manage agencies, project plans, and budgets.
• Provide oversight for integrations with third-party applications, including Marketo, Invoca, and e-commerce capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with evolving laws and regulations.

Do you Have?
• Knowledge of web programming languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and customer segmentation methodologies.
• Deep understanding of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, SimilarWeb, and Adwords.
• Ability to create easy-to-understand monthly reports using Excel and PowerPoint. Strong ability to judge and quantify results of efforts to understand ROI, impact, and outcomes.
• Being able to troubleshoot website technical issues, prioritize and resolve quickly
• Creating outstanding web content that generates traffic and leads
• Possessing the confidence and authority to make decisions, implement change, and be accountable to results.
• Working knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms, particularly Marketo,
