• Effectively gaining trust and capturing the attention of small business owners in order to successfully set appointments
• Having a drive to push yourself to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Effectively overcoming objections and setting 10+ appointments a day

We are in search of an entry level, full-time Technical Recruiter. Our Technical Recruiter must not only have a strong technical aptitude but also serve as an employee advocate and evangelist of Womply and our PeopleOps organization.

In this position you will collaborate with our technical and product teams to lead our search for potential candidates, including coordinating with outside recruiting agencies as needed. Working closely with the Head of Recruitment to source, qualify and onboard top technical talent. You will learn our business inside and out so you can clearly communicate the full potential of where Womply is going, identify those who could become strong team members, and bring them on board. You will reach out, perform phone screens, arrange on-site interviews, coordinate interview teams and collect feedback, host candidates and make them feel at home, and ensure that our process is smooth and effective.

You Have:
• 2+ years of Technical Recruiting experience
• Good understanding of the San Francisco tech hiring challenges.
• Experience working with external recruiters and agencies.
• Good understanding of what appeals to startup engineers.
• Excellent communicator, able to learn and clearly articulate Womply's story, background, traction, market opportunity, philosophy, and culture.
• Strong writing skills: able to craft clear and non-formulaic emails and messages to candidates.
• Extremely organized, methodical, and analytical.

• Define the product strategy by effective requirements gathering and creating the prioritized road map
• Work daily with our design and front-end engineering teams to ​bring new product features to market

What you bring to the role:
• BS/BA or equivalent and a MINIMUM of 7+ years as a Product Manager / Owner in a SaaS or B2C commercial software entity
• Product management and growth marketing of Business to Consumer internet services and experiences
• Industry knowledge of digital marketing technologies, marketing strategies and metrics
• Collaborating and influencing across internal stakeholders and external partners
• Integrate data science and customer research into an analytical methodology of product development
• Demonstrated passion for user centered experience and design, you can proudly share your work on previous Products
• Maximizing productivity in a constantly changing environment, balancing an intense Customer focus with critical business objectives
• No ego when it comes to product or design; the focus is always on getting quickly to the right answer and doing what is right for the customer and the company
