A little about the job...
• Providing a range of premier consulting services to all clients focused on account growth and optimization.
• Advising clients on their PPC strategy and account optimization issues related to Google Ads, Microsoft and Facebook by actively leveraging our cross platform software.
• Providing product feedback to our Product team in the form of recommended enhancements and ideas that would ease the use of the product for our customers or provide them with functionality that would increase the overall value proposition of WordStream Advisor
• Connecting with your overall portfolio through email exchanges and phone calls between consulting sessions to ensure product usage and to advise clients on their paid search accounts
• Helping to investigate any issues or bugs encountered by clients and writing Bug tickets when needed
• Developing account audits, roadmaps and Quarterly Business Reviews for every client in your book of business.
• Performing internal tracking of chat users when supporting this initiative and keep an up-to-date record of your client interactions to keep all customer relationship management records up to date
• Attend all relevant internal meetings and trainings and actively contribute.
• Stay relevant and current by attending partner and external training sessions, conducting your own research, and blog reading to stay on top of industry trends, updates, etc.
• Handle occasional chat lines
Requirements
A little about you...
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong desire to learn the paid search marketing space; previous knowledge/experience a plus but not required
• Minimum of 6 months-1 year of customer service experience OR digital marketing internship experience
• Ability to multi-task and juggle many priorities simultaneously
• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills

A little about the job...
• You will connect and consult with inbound leads and marketing generated opportunities
• Drive the entire sales process by engaging with prospective customers, utilizing technology to perform individualized product demonstrations and then drive the negotiation and close of the sale within a week sale cycle
• You will prepare and present personalized online software demonstrations via GoToMeeting; guiding your prospects through the WordStream solution and buying process
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue quotas while maintaining daily and weekly activity metrics
• Leverage Salesforce.com to track sales activities and prioritize your day
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers and work with your management team to provide an accurate sales forecast
• Sell to key decision makers within organizations who have paid advertising with Google, Facebook and Bing
• In the role, you will receive initial onboarding and ongoing sales and product training including your Google AdWords Certifications to become a knowledgeable consultant in online advertising
• Be part of a team that rewards and values professionalism, selling success and teamwork
Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
• You've been crushing goals and making your numbers for 1-3 years in a fast paced and transactional sales environment
• You are driven and competitive by nature
• You're technologically savvy and a fast learner
• You can succeed individually but you also love to collaborate within a team environment to achieve set goals
• You are well versed in Salesforce.com or other similar CRM systems
• You are experienced in performing online product demonstrations via GoToMeeting or similar screen sharing solutions
