Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Youth Soccer Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for soccer and a commitment to developing young players both on and off the field. Coaches will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions, managing teams during games, and providing mentorship to our young athletes.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute effective training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Manage and coach youth soccer teams during practices, games, and tournaments.
- Provide a positive and encouraging environment for all players.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club administrators.
- Assess players’ skills and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices and games.
- Attend coaching meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
- Previous coaching experience or playing experience at a competitive level.
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with children and parents.
- Must pass a background check.
- Coaching certification (preferred but not required).
