KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answering all store inbound calls.
• Answer the call and take full ownership of the guest inquiries
• Verify and track special orders through vendor website and sends to Supply Chain
• Responsible for assisting in solving any guest issues after the sell, to include ordering parts, warranties, and repairs.
• Ensuring emails and phone calls from business partners and guests are resolved and responded to same day
• Quickly and efficiently navigate between multiple systems to research customer inquiries
• Handling multiple tasks and prioritizing them to meet critical deadlines
• Adhering to the work schedule provided, while maintaining consistent and reliable attendance
• Positively and respectfully communicating with guests and internal departments
• Other duties as assigned, essential or otherwise

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some college or equivalent work experience is desired.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must be a subject matter expert on the company’s computer programs.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred but not required).
• Ability to multitask without sacrificing quality of work.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including verbal and typed, with proper grammar.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus to read reports, view computer screen, etc.
• Must be able to hear and understand speech to interact with others.
• Must be able to speak so that others will be able to understand.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with both hands to include keyboarding, handwriting, office/POS equipment and handheld equipment operation.
• Will remain in a seated position for extended periods of time.
• Will remain on one’s feet in an upright position and move about on foot.
• Will bend, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach at or above shoulder level.
• Will lift and carry objects up to 25 lbs
• Will work predominately in an open retail/office/warehouse environment; occasional work at new retail locations under construction. Potential exposure to oil, latex, and spray paint, household chemicals, biological odors and household dusts; moderate office noise.

Through your client conversations, you will:

What you have
• Series 7 and 63 licensure required
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services and/or Brokerage Services, preferably trading, interacting with clients in a proactive and consultative manner. Passion for trading and market knowledge; ability to proactively discuss trading topics and appropriate solutions with clients.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to effectively mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy while adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines
