Improve and enable measurement accuracy and customer data activities such as identity resolution, consent management, and data modeling. Improve existing sources, workflows, and integrations while migrating integrations outside of the platform to flow through the Segment CDP. Troubleshoot Segment issues with internal and external users. Deploy customer-facing privacy compliance, CCPA / GDPR related services. As an Agency Account Manager, you work with a variety of different agencies helping them with their Agency specific business model. You will uncover opportunities for growth in existing accounts by understanding and anticipating client needs & growth. • Building, maintaining, and closing pipeline to consistently exceed quota.
• Supporting clients with proposals, product alignment ideas, and training sessions.
• Working closely with the solution engineering team to ensure the best technical fit for the clients' needs.
