How you'll make an impact
• Manage worldwide tax compliance, including income tax and other local tax filings
• Oversee foreign income tax returns globally
• Lead all federal, state and foreign income tax related audits
• Review and assist with statutory financial filings
• Assist with the preparing of transfer pricing studies
• Research tax implications of global expansion
• Prepare annual income tax provision and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP
• Identify and implement tax savings opportunities by analyzing general ledger activities, tax accounting positions for both US and foreign subsidiaries, and understanding all company transactions.

Responsibilities:
Ensures sales team has the skills necessary to understand the technology needs and present Wrike solutions to customers to meet those needs. Identify training and development gaps and create plans to address. Leverage and communicate competitive losses/win across the sales team. Provide day-to-day guidance in matters of problem resolution, sales strategies, competitive analysis, and pricing, bids/RFPs/RFQs, and corporate policy interpretation. Lead sales team in following the sales methodology and best practices. Meet sales goals by setting strategies and leading sales reps in execution of selling through diligent lead follow-up, mining the installed customer base, and prospecting. Identify market potential (geographic, product, etc.), set sales strategies to capture this potential, and manage investments to eliminate coverage gaps. Provide timely and accurate revenue forecasts to senior management. Help define quotas and bookings commitments throughout the year. Communicate with Sales team to maintain consistency with corporate direction and strategy and informed of company activities and initiatives. Develop and execute field sales programs such as quarterly business reviews. Communicate marketing requirements and competitive data, including pricing, feature needs, license models and value proposition strategies to product stakeholders to senior management. Implement account and opportunity planning processes and develop new initiatives to maximize revenue and market potential. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and ability to articulate our value proposition; ability to motivate sales reps to implement this. Qualifications:
Experience in managing teams that sell complex technical business solutions in the enterprise space with a strong understanding of business drivers for Line of Business solutions within organizations. An understanding of overall business functions and the impact of technical decisions on business results. High degree of motivation with advanced organizational, negotiation, complex and large deal creation, change management, problem solving skills, process management, leadership, resource management, and team building skills. Ability to develop an in-depth expert product knowledge and a solid understanding of Wrike competitive domain and technologies. Proven ability to train, support and motivate a field-based sales team to achieve stellar results. Able to articulate and understand the customer strategy and Wrike delivery infrastructure solution strategy for the specific technical area. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com. Experience and background in 2 tier channel/distribution sales model. You will be on a sales team made up of 7 Account Managers and the Inside Sales Rep, reporting to the Sr Manager of Expand Sales. The ISR is responsible to drive business on a defined set of Enterprise Accounts that have current subscription with Wrike. The ISR is working closely with Account Managers and together are working towards a specific booking target. Responsible for all sets of sales activity on both inbound but especially outbound, and for understanding customer pain and challenges to provide/sell the best solution possible.
