FRTB - PMO/PM

Overview: PMO/PM with a solid grounding in project management and business analysis principles with significant stakeholder engagement experience across both Technology and Business. 2-5 years.

PMO/PM with project management/transformation/change management experience to assist with the day to day operations of the Central PMO for the FRTB Program.

Key responsibilities include:

- Project plan management

- RAID management

- Jira/defect management, monitoring and reporting for Senior Stakeholders

- Create presentations for all for all FRTB Governance bodies

- Responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects in line with overall Markets Program Execution & Transformation book of work

- Support the Program Management Team, working with the 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense, to drive the implementation of FRTB

- Liaise and clearly communicate with external parties, including regulators as appropriate

- Develop and deliver presentations covering project / program status, resourcing and plans to Markets Program Execution and COO management

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail

- Ability to lean complex technical topics and seamlessly communicate them to non-technical colleagues to drive delivery and risk and issue resolution.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to effectively produce procedural documentation and communicate with senior management

- Minimum 2 years experience.

- Must be an energetic self starter/able to drive initiative with minimal direction

- Project management experience in major/complex institutions (Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms)

- Ability to put together reporting and high quality presentations for Senior Management

The role will be part of a central Client 4210 Program Management Team, charged with ensuring the timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams whilst imparting subject matter expertise and know-how. The candidate must be an individual experienced in project management and with sufficient subject matter expertise to be able to provide meaningful solutions that are functional and sustainable.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Transformation / change management / PMO experience with a focus on Capital Markets initiatives to facilitate compliance with Client 4210 for a material client population

• Partner with the Business, Legal, Risk and Operations to facilitate redocumentation and operational readiness for Client 4210 by May 2024.

• Represent Markets Transformation across various streams of work to ensure the timely delivery of key initiatives, milestones, issue tracking, and issue remediation.
