Summary:
The Medical Office RN supervisor works closely with the clinical staff, physicians, and advanced practitioners in the coordination of all aspects of patient care in the medical practice. This clinical leadership role will work closely with practice leaders to ensure that our patients get the highest quality of care. Works to achieve quality metrics through the supervision and education of clinical staff. Works closely with the CNO and Nurse educators to ensure that care is safe and evidenced based. Participates in Physician/APP monthly meetings and working with the practice manager to provide the quality data and reporting dashboards. Independently manages patient triage calls and seeks out direction from providers as needed.
Assists LPNs and MAs with triage disposition and assures documentation is reflective of the disposition.
Requirements:
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Three (3) years nursing experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Able to multitask in fast paced environment
• Valid RN License (CT or NY based on Practice Location)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of start date.
Pay Depending on Experience: $32 -$65

Job Summary
NinjaHoldings is looking for a Sr. Risk Associate to join our Risk & Analytics team. In this role, the hire will provide data driven insights, work with business units and senior management, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). The hire will investigate any anomalies in underwriting and performance as well as provide data driven suggestions for expanding and containing risk. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is excited to think outside the box while exploring data to come up with new ideas and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor portfolio performance and underwriting metrics to identify any inconsistencies or trends in the data
Establish performance metrics, and develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL and Python
Conduct analysis using advanced data analytics to evaluate trends in portfolio performance and provide underwriting strategy recommendations to optimize portfolio risk based on company targets
Support underwriting by having an understanding of the rules for different customer segments and products
Work with cross-functional teams to explore new ways of finding insights from data, identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations to senior management in a clear and effective manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement underwriting strategy changes, monitor releases, and perform impact analysis
Design A/B testing strategies for underwriting experiments, evaluate impact and provide recommendations
Provide knowledge, insight, and guidance of third party data providers (credit bureaus, fraud vendors, etc.) such as product information, advantages and limitations
Communicate concise and actionable business strategies to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline required (e.g., math, statistics, analytics, quantitative finance, engineering, or other quantitative fields)
3+ years of experience with data analytics in Credit Risk (preferred), Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics or related field
Established experience with relational databases and SQL
Programming experience with Python
Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Ability to work effectively while managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, understand project requirements with minimal guidance, follow through to completion
Additional Pluses, but Not Requirements:
