• Tracking and understanding documentation deliverables for multiple small projects
• Gather documentation from the customer
• Assist with or manage the oversight of all aspects of project life cycle to include initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closing; taking project through final implementation
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Excel
• General understanding of project scope, and objectives.
• Basic understanding of project team roles and functions to effectively assist in coordinating activities/tasks
• Follow best practices and ensure that requirements are met and documented
• Document project risks, assumptions, and constraints and aid in implementing approved actions and workarounds designed to mitigate project risk events
• Monitor status of all identified risks in order to minimize the impact of the risks on the project
• Financial management of project budgets to ensure all budgets, forecasts and costs are measured, tracked and reported for project success
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to identify and quantify variances
• Document measurement criteria for success with the help of Project Managers or other Leads
• Assist in managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• Ensure that all issues are captured, resolved and that resolutions are documented and communicated
• Actively participate and/or lead project meetings, and follow up on action items.
• Provide input regularly for status reports including program portfolio reviews

The Client Manager will sell broad technical services, solutions, and products to our customers within the local market. The Client Manager will team with local Engineers and Architects, as well as experts to truly provide expertise and value. The ability to listen, learn and understand broad technical solutions is required as you look to provide value to our customers on cutting edge technologies. This position will require the ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities:
• Position WWT capabilities and service offerings with client business and technology objectives.
• Manages one or more Accounts in a specific area.
• Acts in a consultative fashion and is regarded by the customers and partners (OEMs).
• Effective at working with cross functional teams to develop business relevant solutions for our customers and partners.
• Develop and execute account strategy.
• Leadhigh impact team of inside sales, technology specialists, and consultants.
• Create and drive sales campaigns from discovery to close.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-making leaders at targeted clients.

What will you be doing?
As Deputy Program Manager, you will support the Program Manager in managing multiple contracts across our client’s portfolio. This includes managing relationships with our client and internal Lines of Business such as the WWT ATC, NAIC, and Service Lines.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate new and on-going projects across WWT’s Lines of Business.
• Support the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple, large-scale projects/programs.
• Identify schedule and performance concerns allowing for early and effective corrective actions.
• Support day-to-day client interactions and expectations for multiple, large-scale projects/programs.
• Minimizes our exposure to risk across multiple projects.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Create and manage a high-performance team of technical subject matter experts supporting the technologies provided across the Programs.
• Support delivery of contract deliverables.
• Reviews high-level deliverables across projects/programs.
• Ensure WWT products and services provide significant value to the customer to achieve positive performance ratings from our Prime.
• Support invoicing and travel processes to ensure timely and accurate billing for labor and travel costs.
• As a member of the service delivery leadership team, this position is crucial to stakeholder management providing regular updates and managing expectations across both WWT and client teams.
• Up to 15% travel is expected for this position.
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of Project Management experience. PMP certification is required.
• Bachelor's Degree: Master's Degree preferred.
• Project Management experience in at least one Technology Area related to the program.
• Highly motivated, results driven focus with the ability to quickly scale and support multiple organization levels concurrently.
• Experience with management of program/project deliverables.
• Understanding financial processes to be able to support informed decision-making. Able to track customer defined metrics, forecast future trends and manage change.

Position Overview:

• Supporting practical data science projects or developing the architecture or infrastructure for AI or data (e.g., MLOps).

Responsibilities:
• Tracking and understanding documentation deliverables for multiple small IT projects
• Gather documentation from the customer
• Assist with or manage the oversight of all aspects of project life cycle to include initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closing; taking project through final implementation
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Excel
• General understanding of project scope, and objectives
• Basic understanding of project team roles and functions to effectively assist in coordinating activities/tasks
• Follow best practices and ensure that requirements are met and documented
• Document project risks, assumptions, and constraints and aid in implementing approved actions and workarounds designed to mitigate project risk events
• Monitor status of all identified risks in order to minimize the impact of the risks on the project
• Financial management of project budgets to ensure all budgets, forecasts and costs are measured, tracked and reported for project success
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to identify and quantify variances
• Document measurement criteria for success with the help of Project Managers or other Leads
• Assist in managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• Ensure that all issues are captured, resolved and that resolutions are documented and communicated
• Actively participate and/or lead project meetings, and follow up on action items.
• Provide input regularly for status reports including program portfolio reviews
• Assume responsibility and coordination for a wide variety of project and/or program related tasks
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of IT Project Coordination/Project Management experience required
• Exposure to Infrastructure technology projects and project management
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
• Advanced Skills in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience working with Global Financial customers in a professional services environment
• MS Project experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports
• Understanding of project management industry standard framework and the development life cycle
• Ability to work independently and aggressively track project timelines
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate well with customers and co-workers (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Strong team building skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
