Summary: Kodi Collective Marketing Execution Services is looking for Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role can sit in California, Texas, and Illinois. Candidates with experience in the printing, mailing, and digital media industries are preferred. are looking to bring on candidates who have strong g interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, an energetic personality, and the ability to easily manage shifting priorities without being overwhelmed. In this role, you mst be a team player who is willing contribute in all areas of our growing operation and above all, treat our customers to exceptional service. Our typical customers include Special Interest Publisher; Small to Medium Catalog Marketer; University or Private School Publication; Alumni or Volunteer Organization Publication
Responsibilities:
• Day to day includes Engaging in sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales
• Building business relationships in new markets and attending trade shows and association meetings to generate new business opportunities
• Pursue assigned leads and develop potential sales opportunities
• Input sales contacts into Hubspot and track activities using the database
• Excellent cold-calling, objection-handling, and closing skills
• Achieve at least 3 new sales opportunities per week that will produce in the next 3 to 12 months
• Meet budget goals set for the year
• Hand off sold work to Customer Experience team for support and maintenance
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, advertising, or graphic communications or related field
• 5+ years experience in sales with proven track record of success preferred experience in the printing, mailing, and digital media industries, but not required
• Outgoing, well spoken individual who has experience in printing, mailing and digital media.
• Effective at establishing relationships that open doors and create sales opportunities
• Competitive attitude that drives continuous calls and in-person visits.
• Develop a strategic plan for exceeding revenue goals and maximizing long-term account revenue opportunities

Summary: Kodi Collective Marketing Execution Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. This role sits remote, but the location in the Atlanta metro area is preferred. The Project Coordinator will support the sourcing and production deliverables, support our clients, and coordinate day-to-day activities of our clients’ print/manufacturing programs within the retail setting to ensure efficient operation and effective execution.
Responsibilities:
• Provide print procurement and coordination of all sales/ marketing/ promotional print and print related collateral for the customer.
• Facilitate customer requests, proofs, approvals, charges and coordinate shipping and tracking of orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal team and qualified suppliers.
• Manage multiple sourcing and production projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate the workflow through the entire print life cycle and communicate project statuses to stakeholders on daily and/or weekly basis.

Qualifications:
