• Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Sales training and cold/warm calling experience (highly preferred, with preference given if in fintech or financial services)
• Experience with the financial advisor community is a plus, but it is not required
• Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service

• Two years of experience leading a team and/or managing client relationships
• Experience and comfort in communicating with clients both in person and virtually
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for investing, economics, and/or personal finance
• Strong business and creative writing skills/storytelling skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Data-driven and conversion-oriented. You create reports to understand what activities drive conversions at each stage in the funnel, and continually refine processes to improve
