THE POSITION:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Identify, create, and respond to qualified B2B sales opportunities for our investment analytics and client communication platform through phone calls and emails
• Qualify interested financial advisors and introduce these prospects to YCharts Account Executives
• Ensure comprehension and general awareness of the company’s established processes to maintain positive client relationships
• Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Sales training and cold/warm calling experience (highly preferred, with preference given if in fintech or financial services)
• Experience with the financial advisor community is a plus, but it is not required
• Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Grit, determination, and strong attention to details
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communication, or similar

THE POSITION:
We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing with a tremendous work ethic and knowledge of investing and the wealth management industry. Working alongside the marketing, product management, sales and customer success teams, you’ll be responsible for co-crafting the go-to-market strategy, and creating the product messaging and sales enablement materials that will help drive YCharts’ growth. You will lead a growing team focused on developing content that will excite and educate current customers, drive demand, generate leads, and influence the sales pipeline for new prospects as well as expansion opportunities at existing clients.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Lead a team of 3 Marketing Analysts
• Own the YCharts content strategy
• Fuel the organization with conversion-oriented sales enablement content for all parts of the sales funnel
• Craft product messaging clearly defining the ways YCharts differentiates itself from competitor tools and how it applies to different verticals and user personas
• Review and consult on copy and content for all marketing needs across the blog and website, social media, Google ads, and email campaigns
• Host webinars and other content-driven videos; connecting new product features & capabilities to compelling webinar topics and talking points
• Execute long-form thought leadership pieces (surveys, white papers, etc.) that position YCharts as a knowledgeable and trusted authority in the wealth management industry
• Strengthen and accelerate the adoption and use of new features
• Track and report on all efforts, regularly to senior leaders at YCharts
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• BS in Marketing, Finance or Economics
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant domain-related work experience (product marketing/marketing/product management/customer success at a fintech or financial services company)
• Two years of experience leading a team and/or managing client relationships
• Experience and comfort in communicating with clients both in person and virtually
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for investing, economics, and/or personal finance
• Strong business and creative writing skills/storytelling skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Data-driven and conversion-oriented. You create reports to understand what activities drive conversions at each stage in the funnel, and continually refine processes to improve
• Track record of successfully developing, implementing, and executing a product adoption strategy
• Proficiency in YCharts or a competing software platform, Google Analytics, WordPress, SEM Rush

They will be working across the stack and will be in charge of building and maintaining the “core” parts... of our financial research platform. We aim to deliver high-impact changes to our customers that range from working on the API to building greenfield features like Custom PDF Reports.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Plan, estimate, build, lead and support the multidimensional products that your team is responsible for
• Write code and review code written using Django and Angular
• Take a hands-on approach to make sure projects are completed on time while balancing individual team member’s ability to develop their engineering skills
• Partner with our product team and engineering leaders to design and build impactful features on our platform
• Find opportunities to refactor code or features that no longer scale or can be simplified
• Lead engineers by example through projects and make decisions without always
complete information or requirements
• Develop and retain key engineering members on your team and help them identify their goals as individual contributors or future leaders
