• Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue targets
• Drive Digital revenue from assigned and prospected leads by face to face or another approved sales methodology.
• Provide frequent activity and sales reports as agreed with the manager
• Must maintain a monthly pipeline that shows forecasted incoming revenue for each month.
• Provide feedback to Manager and Products Team with developing digital products or improving offerings
• Interpret digital advertising campaigns to prove ROI.
• Complete sales pitches to clients in the MSME categories.

OPERATING CONDITIONS :
• Normal working environment
• May be required to work outside of normal working hours
• Will be required to make customer visits
• Must have access to a reliable motor vehicle
• Travel may be required

Who we're looking for

We are looking for positive, hard-working people who enjoy working with food and know how to make guests feel welcome and taken care of while they visit our shop.

This position

This position includes a wide range of tasks needed to run our small waffle shop and cafe. We provide training in all kitchen tasks, including rolling waffle dough, baking waffles, and making espresso drinks. Beginners are welcome!

Front of house:
• Greet guests and describe our products.
• Interact with a POS system, including processing transactions and tracking product inventory.
• Stage completed orders for guest pickup.
• Keep front counter and dining room clean and stocked with supplies.

Kitchen:
• Organize incoming kitchen tickets for waffle chef.
• Make a variety of cafe drinks, including espresso-based drinks.
• Assist with dividing and shaping Liege waffle dough.
• Bake Liege waffles for the day's bakery inventory.
• Prepare waffle topping ingredients as needed.

General:
• Help open and close the shop, depending on shift time.
• Our business hours: MON-TUES: Closed / WED-SAT: 9am-3pm / SUN: 9am-2pm
• Morning shifts start as early as 7am, usually done by 4/4:30pm.
• We are flexible and can help find a shift that works for you.
• Closing work includes sweeping, mopping, and washing baking pans and tools.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

About The Role

The Content and Social Media Manager will create, manage and execute a content strategy and plan to support thought leadership, demand generation and sales. The focal point for the position is content development - short-form to long-form content, including infographics, blog posts, one-page briefs, e-books, white papers, PR articles, case studies, webinar presentations and more. The ability to build a plan as well as write dynamic, engaging copy is essential.

The content and plan should map back to lead generation funnel stages: top, mid and bottom. It should build Yello’s credibility as thought leader, capture interest on social media and help the sales team engage with prospects. The goal is education and engagement while supporting marketing KPIs. The role also includes increasing social media followers through posts and monitoring results, especially LinkedIn.

You will also own making the plan happen through direct execution or management of contract writers and designers. This role also collaborates with product marketing, demand generation, sales, product management and customer success.

How You'll Make An Impact
• Develop, manage and execute a content strategy that establishes Yello thought leadership, aligns to funnel stages and supports demand generation and sales needs
• Drive creation of content through dynamic, engaging writing skills or use of contractors. Content types include infographics, blog posts, one-page briefs, e-books, white papers, PR articles, case studies, webinar presentations and more
• Create a list of thought-leadership topics based on industry trends, client challenges and tech innovations
• Network across the organization to seek out and produce articles that highlight customer, industry and influencer stories
• Manage the publishing calendar, freelance writer assignments and editorial standards
• Manage the Yello blog, including assign, review and edit all content for the blog, adhering to brand voice and editorial guidelines
• Seek out opportunities to amplify content through social media and PR
• Create compelling content that supports SEO efforts. Proactively and continually revise content, to optimize existing and new content to increase keyword rank
• Develop & manage content for client videos and surveys in collaboration with product marketing
• Post content to website and blog
• Manage social platforms and posts: LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Measure results.
• Engage influencers to broaden reach and create links back to Yello content and website
• Measure and support marketing KPIs on engagement, sharing and thought leadership

What We're Looking For
• 5+ years experience developing, managing and executing a content strategy
• Expert writer and storyteller with a passion for finding interesting storylines that engage influencers, media and prospects. Ability to create energetic and engageing copy a must.
• Experience creating short-form and long-form content defined above
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, press relations, journalism, advertising, marketing or related field; excellent writing, grammar and proofreading skills
• Ability to review and assess writing with a critical eye, including suggestions for improvement as well as keeping copy compelling and engaging
• Ability to interview subject matter experts, perform research on topics and tie hot news trends to new content
• Able to interpret often complicated or industry-specific information and translate into digestible content
• Highly organized individual who pays deep attention to details and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written; excited to work across teams and department
