We’re looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will develop, coordinate, and execute impactful worldwide marketing initiatives to generate new leads and increase our product awareness.
The position will report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with regional teams to manage marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. This will include creating, implementing and optimizing marketing campaigns; driving growth through organic and paid channels; and owning channel spend and ROI reporting.
Key responsibilities
• Contribute to and execute the global marketing strategy to increase qualified inbound lead generation
• Plan and drive execution of marketing campaigns in product marketing, field marketing, website, SEO, PPC, social media, events and email, in collaboration with the Director of Marketing
• Monitor, report and assess performance of marketing campaigns against KPIs and ROI
• Create, and oversee freelancer development of, content for use in product marketing, sales collateral, SEO articles, PPC adverts, social media posts, landing pages and emails
• Maintain and update the Yieldify website via WordPress in collaboration with internal teams
• Monitor website performance and contribute to new strategies to increase inbound lead generation
• Identify market trends and insights, and optimize performance based on those insights
• Manage Hubspot CRM, ensuring the business keeps accurate data in line with GDPR
• Demonstrate strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience of Yieldify audiences across multiple channels and touch points
• Collaborate with and manage agencies and other vendor partners
We’re looking for someone with:
• 5+ years’ B2B martech experience with a track record of driving growth through digital marketing
• Extensive marketing experience, with skills across organic, paid and event channels
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies
• Experience using marketing tools including HubSpot CRM, Ahrefs, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console
• Bachelor’s degree
• Team player with excellent stakeholder management skills to drive projects
• Ability to prioritize and implement multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
