The luxury travel division of an up-and-coming agency that works with brands that have a unique story to tell is on the lookout for someone with existing travel PR experience who lives in New York or the Tristate area. The brands they represent span the luxury travel, restaurant, design, wellness, and food and beverage space. As a partially remote but unified agency that has mastered borderless... collaboration and you’d be part of a team that redefines creativity. This is a team of 13. You’d have the opportunity to travel, enjoy team getaways to the Hamptons, and bring your dog to work each week.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
• You must be able to commute to New York at least once a week
• You must have established media contacts in the luxury travel sector
• Conducts proactive and reactive media pitching. Successfully pitch stories and meet with media
• Create meaningful and impactful comprehensive public relations strategies and plans.
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions.
• Oversee and create assets (when needed) for accounts including press releases, fact sheets, biographies, messaging, media alerts, agendas and recaps.
• Follow industry and client category trends as well as travel/design/hospitality awards; regularly sharing insights, thoughts and key findings as it relates to competitors.
