We are looking for an outstanding Workplace and Facilities Manager who will work closely with our Chief People Officer and Facilities team to keep our offices running smoothly, create thoughtful ways for employee connection and to steer efforts on space utilization and move execution. The ideal person understands that the workplace is dynamic, and is both in-person and virtual. We have a mix of employees working remotely and in-office. This role is based on site at our US Headquarters in the Techmart building in Santa Clara, CA. Additionally, you will oversee our office locations in Seattle, WA, San Francisco, CA, and Stockholm, Sweden.
We are seeking someone who is project oriented, enjoys customer service, loves to be organized, an inspirational manager and coworker, mindful of personal safety, security, and the workplace experience.
What You'll Do:
• Leader: Leads and manages a team of office managers; maintains our relationship with property management, as well as vendors and third-party contractors
• Facilities: proficient with real estate, building operations, space management, moves, decommissions, vendor relationships, HVAC, utilities, maintenance, compliance, and deliveries
• Safety: Develop, advocate, and train employees on a safety program that ensures continuity of business and well being of employees.
• Security: Operates a facilities access program that meets industry standards
• Service: Partner with the executive team to ensure we are providing the best office experience for employees and guests by taking ownership, and responding to workplace issues in a timely manner
• Employee Engagement: Assist in driving employee engagement by coordinating company events and office happenings
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders on projects, delivering experience and a successful workplace. Effectively program managing to bring those projects to a timely and successful completion.
You Will Need:
• 5+ years of related experience in workplace and facilities management with people leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Health & Safety experience with a working knowledge of Cal/OSHA Regulations and ADA
• Well versed in organization growth and have experience with facility expansion/relocation
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering against targets and objectives
• Business, finance, real estate, safety and security knowledge
• Good computer skills (Google Workspaces and Jira preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication, as well as multicultural skills and global mindset
• Must have good people skills, be able to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced, fluid environment

The Role:
Yubico is looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is innovative and has a passion for creating software to drive new custom hardware platforms. In this role, you will be part of the team that brings new ideas from prototypes to production applications that would leverage our YubiKey devices. Our team is focused on building integrations between software platforms and the YubiKey, as well as building out our own internal tools that are used during the YubiKey manufacturing process.
The team leverages a variety of tools, including GitHub for source management and review, Jira for task management, and Confluence for internal documentation. In this role, you will write software primarily in C/C++ using the IDE of your choice. Yubico uses a wide variety of languages and technologies.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Experiment, create prototypes and refine your work based on user feedback, industry standards, and business needs
• Work collaboratively across functions with our Product Management, Hardware, and Production teams
• Hone your skills in designing and developing compelling experiences using native and cross-platform technologies
• Have an opportunity to develop your skills for working with embedded hardware platforms
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor or MS in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience, including 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Familiarity with either Windows or Linux system internals and services, such as synchronization primitives, efficient file system access, and logging facilities
• Proven experience building software using C/C++ and is comfortable with bit manipulation and binary arithmetic
Nice to Have:
• Some knowledge or experience with developing embedded software or firmware
• Experience building applications that leverage background services and tasks

The Role:
Yubico is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to our flagship YubiEnterprise Services product. It is an Enterprise solution that customers use to easily procure, distribute, and manage YubiKey authentication solutions at scale. You should have a passion for building Enterprise-grade web applications and be excited to understand the logic that drives a business application. We are looking for a leader who is proactive, works well with and within teams, and has a desire to do things right. In this role you will be able to:
• Understand, enhance, maintain, and grow the business logic that powers the YubiEnterprise Services product
• Hone your skills in designing and developing a testable, scalable and globally-distributed web application that is used by a variety of Enterprise customers
• Experiment, create prototypes, and refine your work based on user feedback, industry standards, and business needs
• Work collaboratively across functions - Product Managers, UX designers, Support Engineers, Logistics, and Finance

• Sell the Yubikey product offerings by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

• Meet and exceed assigned quota by identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with both new and existing customers.
• Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to drive opportunity.
• Work with Product and Marketing teams to convey feedback on prospect requirements and drive product strategy.
• Partner with the BDR and SE teams to sell Yubico product offerings through the full sales cycle.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.

Required Skills:
• 2+ years of prior inside/outside sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota for your own territory.
• Understanding of the sales cycle and solution selling process into Accounts is helpful, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with any CRM system, Salesforce preferred

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Sell the Yubikey product offerings by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Prioritizing and qualifying sales leads from several different inbound and outbound sources in order to schedule and run new business demo meetings.
• Meet and exceed assigned quota by identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with both new and existing customers.
• Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to drive opportunity.
• Work with Product and Marketing teams to convey feedback on prospect requirements and drive product strategy.
• Partner with the BDR and SE teams to sell Yubico product offerings through the full sales cycle.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.
• Managing prospecting status, data integrity, and forecasting in Salesforce.com
Required Skills:
• 2+ years of prior inside/outside sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota for your own territory.
• Understanding of the sales cycle and solution selling process into Accounts is helpful, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with any CRM system, Salesforce preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Yubico is seeking a Professional Services Engineer who will be responsible for architecting, configuring, and deploying customer solutions for Yubico’s products in the field. This Professional Services Engineer will be primarily working with Yubico’s public sector clients and therefore must have the appropriate levels of security clearance. The role has a varied and dynamic set of responsibilities: from providing thought leadership and custom strategic technical roadmaps to clients to hands-on consulting projects helping them implement and integrate YubiKeys in their organization. A successful candidate will be an experienced engineer with a consultative approach, extensive experience with enterprise architecture and the ability to deliver successful solutions based on unique customer requirements.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Deliver successful architecture planning, configuration, deployment and consulting engagements to customers in the public sector across federal, state, local and education organizations, as well as private sector clients as needed
• Provide technical implementation and integration support to public sector clients as well as commercial clients as needed
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Yubico’s products and the ecosystem in which the YubiKey integrates, with vendors and platforms such as Okta, Ping, Duo, Entrust, Azure AD, and Active Directory Certificate Services
• Write technical integration and implementation guides, best practices and white papers including diagrams for ICAM systems and processes
• Establish and maintain technical credibility with prospects and existing customers
• Build strong relationships with customers and look for ways to solve additional use cases in the business with Yubico products or services
• Actively communicate within Yubico Solutions, Engineering and Sales with respect to evolving customer requirements in the marketplace
• Work with customers remotely and in person. Limited travel may be expected in this role
Basic Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in similar roles, such as Professional Services, Solution Architecture, Security Consulting and Software Engineer
• Security clearance required - Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Able to configure, customize, install and troubleshoot enterprise technologies including network infrastructure, virtualization, and web applications
• Experience managing and troubleshooting Windows AD CS, Domain Controllers, and PKI infrastructures
• Excellent problem solving abilities and ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally, including experience with technical writing
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to speak to multiple audiences (i.e., executives, business, technical)
• Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and prioritize/re-prioritize as necessary
• Able to meet billable utilization goals and targets
• Self-motivated with a drive to learn and adapt to challenges, as well as collaborating with a geographically dispersed team
• Is comfortable with the rapid nature of a young innovative company, and cares about contributing to an amazing work culture and environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge and experience in working with the government sector, including Federal Civilian and Department of Defense, including experience in supporting the technology and processes in the Authentication domain and controls programs
• Knowledge of commonly used security technologies and protocols including two-factor authentication, Single Sign-On, VPN, RDP, and various authentication protocols (OATH, SAML, OpenID, ADFS, FIDO/FIDO2, WebAuthn, X.509, Federal PKI)
• Understanding of PIV, PIV issuance and Credential Management Systems (CMS)
• Experience administering tier zero identity infrastructure that provides AAA services such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and RSA
• Experience with Identity and Access Management vendors like Microsoft, SailPoint, RSA, etc.
• CISSP Certification

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Develop and execute your strategic and tactical business plan to drive revenue and large-scale adoption of YubiKeys within your territory.
• Own the revenue number (sell to and sell-through) for your area by:
• New customer/logo acquisition
• Expand existing relationships and install base
• Define and grow new strategic relationships
• Providing thought leadership to customers and, when available, at industry events
• Develop local channel partners for re-sale of Yubico solutions
• Develop strong champions who actively advocate for Yubico
• Reporting to the VP of Public Sector Sales, as well as work directly with marketing and operations to drive scalable and efficient fulfillment
• Coordinate with internal resources in a dynamically growing business to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• When required work collaboratively with Solution Engineers to develop complex custom solutions
• This position is an individual contributor and field sales role
What a candidate must bring:
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
• Deep understanding and experience in selling technology to Federal enterprise customers
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and marketplace; Identity, Credential & Access Management (ICAM) is a plus for this role - though not required
• Track record of overachievement in selling, in both direct sales and through partners and FSI’s
• Comfortable having both business and high-level technical conversations with a CTO, CIO or CISO
• Knowledge of US Federal Government Identity requirements: FIPS-201, SP 800-63, OMB M-22-09, and Executive Order 14028 is a plus
