The support agent makes sure customers have the best experience possible with the Roca Sorter. This is done via chat, phone, and video call. The support agent is also responsible for conducting customer setups with operator training, developing user documentation and instructions, and shipping spare parts.
• ***Essential Functions****
• Answer customer questions and troubleshoot issues with one or more customers via chat, phone, and video call.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to robotics hardware, wiring, and software.

Who You Are

As an Authentication Center (AC) Generalist you will be directly responsible for the following primary workflow tasks: 1) shipping buyer orders, 2) stowing inventory, 3) pulling orders, and 4) receiving incoming merchandise.
