WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
• You’ll lead the SRP (Steering, Reporting and Planning) program, a key finance initiative to report financials in-line with the new operating model.
• You’ll understand key Stakeholder needs (up to management board level) and be able to turn them into concepts to work packages and execute with the project team.
• You’ll partner with the Tech and other Finance teams to implement the program, defining the resource needs, dependencies and defining options for the conflicting priorities.
• You’ll coach your own team and the SRP project leads to drive the discussions and alignment in topics starting from the conceptualization to execution
• You’ll act as a senior finance leader in the FPM (finance performance management) pillar of finance and help shape the culture.

• You come with a deep understanding of the SAP concepts and systems and have Project Management (PMO) type of experience
