SUMMARY
The Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will collaborate closely with business teams to develop and maintain strategic multi-year plans, translate rapid business growth to operational support needs, and provide decision support. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Act as a primary point of contact for senior leaders and executive staff on business impacting, Finance-related matters.
• Actively recruit bar-raising talent, continuously develop team members, and invest time in Finance growth opportunities.
• Monitor monthly revenue and expenses against plan and develop metrics to measure strategic and operating performance.
• Own short- and long-term planning cycles for the business with a focus on responsible growth.
• Proactively drive ad hoc strategic and operational analyses and/or projects.
• Provide data and related analysis on various business initiatives and issues including investment decisions, resource allocation, etc.
• Review and provide guidance to complex financial models and analytical tools to measure overall financial performance.
• Use data to identify disruptive ideas and provide advice to business leaders.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field
• At least eight (8) years of Finance or field related experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience managing a team of high performing contributors.
• At least one (1) of the following certifications:
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
• Personal Financial Specialist (PFS)

SUMMARY
The IT Systems Administrator position is to be the point person for our Jira DataCenter and Confluence stack who will handle related issues and requests from our team. We run 24/7 and have team members from all around the globe. Jira and Confluence are used by all departments to document and track work: We need to keep them running.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Create and modify Jira workflow to meet end users' request utilizing third party Apps and Groovy Script.
• Create and modify Custom fields, including Dynamic fields using a third-party app.
• Create and modify all schemes (fields, screens, permissions, etc.) used in Jira.
• Build and modify custom Jira projects with complex workflows and permissions to meet business needs.
• Build and modify Confluence spaces to meet the requestors needs.
• Build and modify SLAs and reports for departments to use in measuring metrics of staff.
• Act as the User and Group permission administrator.
• Develop metrics dashboards and advanced filters in Jira to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports
• Work with internal IT department to educate on how to administer Jira and Confluence.
• Maintaining JIRA versions keeping them up to date and making sure system integrations are compatible.
• Install, manage, update, and administer Jira add-ons, plug-ins, and extensions.

5 to 7 years in a Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics Lead/Production Manager role or have a bachelor's or MBA degree in Engineering, Operations or related field 3 plus years of experience leading other leaders; direct experience managing front-line supervisors and have been responsible for supporting their performance and their associates. Experience in a WMS environment strongly preferred. Solid understanding of distribution environments, including purchasing, inventory and warehouse operations. Volunteer to lead projects and help your team achieve goals. You have a track record of taking ownership and driving results. Experience working with numbers and using data to provide thought-provoking and workable solutions. Data is what you look to when given a problem to solve Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Experience with identifying and implementing small and large-scale process improvement initiatives using data-driven techniques (performance metrics or Lean techniques).
