Which is better Codewars or HackerRank? So far I've been using Codewars wich I very muchc enjoy with how it looks and feels, my teacher recommended HackerRank and also a lot of youtubers recommend Leetcode. HackerRank seems to be more focused on teaching you while CodeWars is more about the challenges.
Is leetcode better than Codewars? LeetCode puts a lot more focus on helping you pass coding interviews and less on random challenges. Codewars, on the other hand, have challenges that have been thought up by their members. So you are very unlikely to experience challenges that will be directly asked by an employer in an interview.
Are leetcode and HackerRank the same thing? They're definitely not all the same deal. LeetCode has its problems but Hackerrank flat out sucks. Don't know a whole lot about Codewars. The quality of the questions on hackerrank suck. The way the questions are written suck. The people who contribute them are random devs from India who are guessing at what interview questions in America are like.
Why should you choose Codewars? Codewars has a strong sense of community that can’t be matched by HackerRank. Ultimately, HackerRank is a business and benefits from attracting top talent. Codewars is just a bunch of dudes that love solving algorithm challenges. If that’s you, I think you found your people. You should also choose Codewars if you want a more challenging experience.
