This requires you to (1) Properly respond to indications of active BESS projects (2) Document events and information as necessary for dispatch and records (3) Provide world-class customer service Responsibilities: 1. Continuously monitor Eos costumer’s asset in the field and react accordingly to incoming alarms, warnings, etc. 2. Receive and process inbound calls and emails requesting information and place outbound calls as necessary. 3. Demonstrate a culture of safety, quality, and customer service through words and actions. 4. Dispatch services as needed. 5. Notify account contacts of necessary events and escalations. 6. Perform ad hoc analysis and diagnosis looking for site degradation and abnormal performance. 7. Develop and maintain accurate records of Battery Project operations on a per site basis. 8. • Provide technical leadership to the hardware engineering organization. This includes appropriate focus on design, verification, and manufacturing activities.

• Support the manufacturing of Product(s) including but not limited to quality approvals and changes in design, processes, or suppliers.
• Lead root cause investigation, failure mode effects analysis, inspection method development, and process/product validation/verification.
• Prioritize daily Quality Control inspections and efforts of the QC Technicians based on input from daily Manufacturing Operations meetings.
• Write, investigate, and resolve Manufacturing non-conformances and disposition through the Material Review Board process
• Develop and communicate Quality Alerts for identified quality non-conformances.
• Support ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements throughout Operations.
• Participate in the development of quality protocols, metrics, and reports to clearly document Quality in Manufacturing Operations.
• Manage calibration equipment and records in compliance with our QMS requirements.

• Experience in continuous improvement methodology and related analytical tools, e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), run charts, flow charting, Pareto charts, pivot tables etc. preferred.
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment preferred.
• Experience internal or external auditor, lead auditor experience preferred.
• Experience transitioning a product from development, through production to operations preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience working in an automotive manufacturing team environment preferred.
