Responsibilities and Duties:
• Designs and edits marketing collateral and digital content using Adobe software.
• Supports social media team in building daily content.
• Participates in brainstorms and discussions on branding and visual identity.
• Assists in organizing and managing creative projects from intake to completion.
• Collaborates with all other creatives to provide and magnify unique ideas.
• Actively communicates with employees in other departments to execute requests efficiently.
• Supports digital/social team by creating designed content and editing game photography.

Required Abilities and Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom. Apple Keynote, Wrike & Slack preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Member Services Team Member plays an integral role in providing an exceptional front-line experience for our members and guests, and in doing so, contributes to the overall success of the company. Our Member Services Team provides the first impression of who we are to anyone who enters our space and is there to greet, acknowledge, and assist all members and guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure that all members and guests check in and have active memberships
• Oversee guest and member traffic flow
• Manage and process different types of guests
• Collect dues and updating billing when appropriate
• Monitor and address membership alerts
• Assist members and guests with all inquiries and concerns
• Report all issues in a timely manner
• Contribute to maintaining the club-wide standards of cleanliness
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Help integrate members into the club (completing profile, taking photos, distributing barcodes)
• Assist other departments when necessary
• Attend all required meetings
• Maintain an active and working knowledge of 49ers Fit as a company, as well as all services and promotions
• Remain proficient in policies and directives as outlined in the Member Services Playbook

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• General understanding of Fitness Industry
• Ability to work with computers
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Must be a team player
• Adhere to meal and rest break periods and must clock in and out for all shift times

2) Minimum Certifications/Education:
• High school degree or GED required
• Current CPR/AED Certification
• Must complete company HR trainings

3) Minimum Experience:
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred

4) Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds
• Typing, using the telephone and computer mouse
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and stair climbing
