The Associate Conference Producer manages the execution and is an important contributor to the full-cycle conference production of 4 to 6 accounting and financial services-focused conferences annually. The Associate Conference Producer manages the content development process, speaker engagement and the production components required to deliver creative professional events that... educate and engage while meeting financial and customer satisfaction goals.
You Will:
• Develop the conference content execution plan for each assigned event using the Event Management System (EMS), collaborative workflow management tools and applicable systems including event set up, abstract collection, speaker management, content distribution and development of relevant production timelines
• Manage Speaker confirmation and engagement processes in line legal, financial and strategic plans.
• Communicate with Conference Committees to ensure outreach and confirmation of Speakers. Be a primary contact for Speakers throughout conference cycle. Set up customized portal and provide resources allowing efficient engagement.·
• Manage the communication, distribution and collection of materials and required information from presenters including follow up to ensure compliance.·
• Be a primary liaison for assigned conferences with internal partners including Marketing, Communications, Operations and Sales to ensure agenda and content-focused information is accurate, up to date and applicable.
• Monitor content distribution and promotion channels including websites and emails for accuracy and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Virtual Conferences and Operations team to deliver all relevant information required to produce in person, hybrid and events·
• Managing the speaker and program content related expenses following event budget and expense forecasts. Ensure accurate forecasts and reconciliations in collaboration with Operations and Finance teams. ·
• Review predictive models and registration reports to monitor revenue and contribution status. Accountable for effective collaboration with team members, department management and partners to support efforts to support revenue and engagement.·
• Communicate status of event expenses to Conference Producers promptly and provide insights into cost savings and revenue opportunities

You will manage the Dynamic Audit Solution (DAS) development team activities and resources, as well as leading development-related workstreams with the DAS Product Manager. You will be an important contributor to the transformative, cloud-based audit software that uses data, technology and a revolutionary new audit methodology to enhance audit quality, guide efficiency and... provide insights on audit engagements and clients.
You have experience at a public accounting firm in transformation or audit data analysis. Excitement and experience changing the way auditors work is also an important attribute. You will report to the Sr. Director, Product Management - Dynamic Audit Solutions.
You Will:
• Product Owner for a DAS scrum team, focused on the creation of data-driven, audit data analytics or core transformative audit methodology features
• Lead coordination between DAS subject matter experts and scrum teams to help develop content and features that are following identified priorities, consistent with defined content specifications and to avoid duplication of efforts
• Manage all user stories around important areas, such as risk assessment, internal controls, and sampling.
• Use UI/UX designers in the process to ensure the best user experience and look-and-feel
• Coordinate between DAS and related AICPA CaseWare Cloud-based solutions on common and complementary functionality (e.g., OnPoint PCR)
• Provide onboarding support for new development team members including sharing of relevant materials and support in accessing and navigating the DAS application and the CaseWare Cloud SE platform
• Create and author accounting and auditing content (e.g., "documents", "smart checklists", other) into the DAS application using CaseWare authoring tools, using the methodology content built by the Methodology Team, along with technical designs and users stories provided by the Product Owner and App Designers/Architects
You Have:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Management Information Systems/Computer Science
• 5–7years relevant experience within accounting/auditing firms/technology companies. Some level of auditing experience is important to understand the design and further develop the solution, and incorporate into the platform to achieve the desired result

The Strategic Client Partner (SCP) is a direct sales role responsible for meeting sales goals through new client acquisition. You will be focused on acquiring new revenue from Global Multinational organizations or large Public Accounting firms. • Build client relationships at the C-Level to uncover prospects' mission-critical priorities and present Association solutions to meet sales metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain a complete and accurate record of opportunities, pipeline to close, within Salesforce and provide other reporting on sales activities/results bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Collaborate with other teams to create compelling customer-centric solutions that differentiate our products' value proposition.

You Have:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• Progressive business-to-business consultative sales experience preferably in learning or high technology (services, software, or consultative environment).
