The Associate Director, ACX Creator Relations will work with internal stakeholders as well as global creative communities - primarily authors and publishers.
You will also drive ACX's partner engagement strategy in a dual capacity, as a contributor to the overall direction of our creator relations strategy while also operationalizing the projects integral to making this vision a reality.
The position demands a fast learner who will master the intricacies of ACX's operations and can manage multiple projects from end-to-end, while simultaneously serving as a business partner to members of the creative community.
As Associate Director, ACX Creator Relations, you will Implement new strategies for partner engagement while leveraging and enhancing existing practices.
Oversee 1-2 Partner Specialists who are focused on assisting the growth of the global ACX community in numbers, education, and awareness through their relationships with creators.
Establish and implement new strategies to support ACX content promotion across Audible surfaces, as well as content acquisition from new and existing partners.
Act as a critical advisor and consultant to Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, and other internal Audible teams and content programs to ensure success of ACX participants.
Act as a trusted voice of the partner in all internal discussions pertaining to Audible's service.
Serve as a key decision maker for escalations from various parts of the business, including Customer Care.
Be able to occasionally assist in the drafting and/or review of business-critical communications that bear on ACX content partnerships.
Use internal ACX tools and systems and data to inform critical business decisions and recommendations to Audible leadership.
Analyze and leverage data to drive and inform partnership decisions, working in collaboration with partner teams to uncover and understand the metrics that justify associated work.
Help guide the iterative improvement of internal processes, systems, and practices that support ACX content partnerships and the business as a whole.

At Regions, the Modernization and Transformation Partner is a key strategic partner in the Deposit and Lending Core System Modernization initiative.
Primary Responsibilities
