Product Manager, Partnerships
We’re looking for a Product Manager to work with 3rd Party Technology Platforms to help build and scale Adyen’s partner ecosystem. Partners are critical to Adyen’s success as we continue to impact the global market. Bringing both business and product acumen, you will identify, develop, cultivate, broaden, and maintain Adyen’s strategic partnerships. You will work hand in hand with partners to develop a robust Adyen integration while establishing a full featured and optimized merchant engagement process. You will work with our commercial partnerships team to collaborate in any go-to-market activities.
Our partner ecosystem spans different sales channels and different industries. The partnership team works on point of sale, ecommerce, mobile, subscription platforms, and more. We work in different verticals including, but not limited to: retail, hospitality, and food & beverage. Some examples of our key partners are: Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Zuora.
What you’ll do:
• Build, operationalize, and maintain partner integrations to enable fast and easy access for merchants to use Adyen’s global solutions
• Lead day-to-day partner relationships and operations through structured communication – weekly / bi-weekly / monthly meetings, QBRs, etc.
• Drive strategic roadmap discussions with partners while applying market need
• Identify, share, and implement best practices for partner engagement
• Work cross-functionally with partner’s internal stakeholders to ensure integration is full featured and up-to-date
• Work in tandem with Adyen’s commercial partner team members to be the partner’s go-to payment expert and authority
• Support commercial and strategic activities for partners
• Lead knowledge sharing of partnerships to the rest of the Adyen organization – including partner profile, features, onboarding, implementation processes, etc.
• Work with the larger Adyen Product organization to distribute new features and functionality to the partner ecosystem at scale
• Attend industry and partner meetings and conferences
• Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly multimodal environment
Who you are:
• Knowledgeable of unified and omnichannel customer journeys and its enablement
• You have 7+ years work experience in the payments industry (domestic / international) and/or product partnerships

Channel Partnership Manager
We are looking for a Channel Partnership Manager to help build and scale Adyen’s partner ecosystem. We work with a variety of partners in the retail and e-commerce value chain that advise merchants on solutions. We want to be the payments solution of choice for these partners.
With both business and product acumen, this individual will identify, develop, and maintain Adyen’s key strategic enterprise technology partnerships through relationship building, joint go to market planning, conferences, market data, trainings, webinars, co-marketing activities, and of course your own ideas and initiatives.

Senior Technical Writer
Aside from our payments offering, Adyen is also building a suite of embedded financial products for platforms such as marketplaces, SaaS platforms, on-demand platforms, or crowdfunding platforms.
As product and development teams in our Chicago tech hub start building solutions, we need an experienced technical writer/programmer writer to partner with them and our documentation teams in Amsterdam. You will work on new products and features that will be built out of our Chicago office.

What you’ll do
• Lead, plan, align documentation initiatives and content projects with different teams and functions in our Chicago tech hub and more.
• Write technical documentation for our external developer audience. You will write documentation for SDKs and APIs, including references, and conceptual and integration guides.
• Deliver clear and concise documentation.
• Support content design and layout.
• Think of concepts and solutions to automate and optimize our docs.
• Review and help improve content created by other technical writers and non-writers, and drive best practices in technical writing.
Who you are
• You have extensive experience in writing documentation for APIs and SDKs, based on a clear understanding of user goals and motivations.
• You are proficient in using Git and working with a docs-as-code workflow.
• You have experience in leading cross-team documentation projects and initiatives, such as restructuring documentation and coming up with documentation processes.
• You enjoy working with developers, product owners, and other technical writers to deliver quality documentation.
• You speak your mind and you like to take ownership. You work with other teams to define documentation strategy, improve user experience, and make better documentation tools.
• Experience developing with programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, PHP, Ruby, or others is a plus.
• Open to some domestic and international travel.
