The Enterprise Account Executive is a part of the rapidly growing AfterShip sales organization, and plays a high impact part in the growth of the business. We are filling multiple positions, and are looking for top talent like you who are highly-motivated, curious by nature, and a strategic hunter. This Account Executive will work closely with the Solutions Architect to ensure the prospective client understands what they are purchasing and, upon contract signatures, is introduced to the Client Success Manager and Implementation Consultant for seamless onboarding.
With our range of solutions and product-led growth, you will be able to consultatively sell strong products you believe in, work with competitive commission structures that reward your efforts, and work directly with our Co-Founders.
What You'll Do:
• Achieve sales goals to increase AfterShip users, revenue, and total shipment volume.
• Prepare and execute the sales strategy for top eCommerce retailers and D2C brands to exceed AfterShip sales targets.
• Proactively engage with prospective AfterShip users to identify value for their business and seamless migration to the AfterShip platform.
• Achieve expert skills on the AfterShip platform in order to represent AfterShip at industry events and on-site account visits as needed.
Who We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years in a user-facing outbound sales role
• Expertise in SaaS software or equivalent sales experience (API understanding preferred)
• Substantial understanding of eCommerce, shipping, and/or B2B SaaS products
• Strong proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Suite
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
• Be willing to travel (up to 10% and fully expensed)

Your Mission:

Responsibilities:
• Leading new client onboarding process in collaboration with the Implementation Consultant
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) which include account performance metrics, industry insights, best practices and highlight incremental opportunities.
• Act as the first point of contact for escalated support issues and file tickets with the appropriate teams ensuring the problem is ultimately resolved.
• Thoroughly understand all aspects of the AfterShip platform in order to explain the technology to all types of users.
• Be the client’s trusted advisor to ensure they get the correct value out of AfterShip.
• Help eliminate bottlenecks by working cross-functionally with a global team across time zones (Sales, Support, Product, Engineering) in order to ensure customer success.
• Communicate best practices and new product features to evangelize with customers, as well as delivering customer feedback to the Product team.
• Be responsible for Dollar Retention Rate and Customer Retention Rate.
• Be willing to travel for onsite client meetings/trade events (up to 40% and fully expensed).
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in a customer-facing, technical roles in either SaaS, eCommerce, or marketing automation technology
• You have strong customer-facing skills and radiate enthusiasm, poise, confidence, and professionalism
• Ability to understand and explain technical solutions in layman’s term to client
• You can successfully deliver multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
• You're comfortable in a growth-paced environment that requires strong time management and prioritization skills
• You have executive level interpersonal, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• You have prior experience with business reports, preferably in the form of QBRs
• You have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Your Mission:
The Solutions Engineer is part of the rapidly growing AfterShip sales organization. The primary goal of this role is to successfully increase the sales and adoption of the AfterShip solutions by working alongside the Account Executives to effectively demonstrate AfterShip’s offerings to and answer technical questions for enterprise-level corporate prospects. What You’ll Do:
• Work with the Account Executives to consultatively engage with prospective clients to identify and develop solutions that meet their needs
• Define project scope based on the prospect's needs and requirements
• Deliver product POC and demonstrations that are tailored to the prospect’s technical requirements and audience
• Work to ensure the total buy-in of the AfterShip platform and capabilities by the prospect’s development team
• Providing customer training to set them up for success with AfterShip’s solutions
• Ensure completion of projects on-time and on-budget
Who We're Looking For:
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical field
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Have customer-facing consulting experience in software implementation and service deployment
• Self-motivated to dig in to learn about products, technology, customers and competitors
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce)
• Knowledge of APIs and previous exposure to programming languages like Go, Node.js, Java, React, and TypeScript – You won’t need to write code, but you will need to be able to effectively collaborate between our clients and our Product and Engineering teams
• Strong project management and resource management skills
• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and work well under deadlines

Your Mission:
The Solutions Engineer is part of the rapidly growing AfterShip sales organization. The primary goal of this role is to successfully increase the sales and adoption of the AfterShip solutions by working alongside the Account Executives to effectively demonstrate AfterShip's offerings to and answer technical questions for enterprise-level corporate prospects. • Work with the Account Executives to consultatively engage with prospective clients to identify and develop solutions that meet their needs

• Deliver product POC and demonstrations that are tailored to the prospect's technical requirements and audience
• Work to ensure the total buy-in of the AfterShip platform and capabilities by the prospect's development team
• Providing customer training to set them up for success with AfterShip's solutions
• Ensure completion of projects on-time and on-budget
Who We're Looking For:
• A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a technical field
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Have customer-facing consulting experience in software implementation and service deployment
• Self-motivated to dig in to learn about products, technology, customers and competitors
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce)

Your Mission:
The Solutions Engineer is part of the rapidly growing AfterShip sales organization. The primary goal of this role is to successfully increase the sales and adoption of the AfterShip solutions by working alongside the Account Executives to effectively demonstrate AfterShip’s offerings to and answer technical questions for enterprise-level corporate prospects. Work to ensure the total buy-in of the AfterShip platform and capabilities by the prospect’s development team
Providing customer training to set them up for success with AfterShip’s solutions
Ensure completion of projects on-time and on-budget
Who We're Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical field
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Have customer-facing consulting experience in software implementation and service deployment
Self-motivated to dig in to learn about products, technology, customers and competitors
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce)
Knowledge of APIs and previous exposure to programming languages like Go, Node.js, Java, React, and TypeScript – You won’t need to write code, but you will need to be able to effectively collaborate between our clients and our Product and Engineering teams
Strong project management and resource management skills
Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and work well under deadlines

This is a high-impact position within the growing Customer Success team. You will have the opportunities to create meaningful impact within our organization and, most importantly, for your customers' businesses.
Responsibilities:
• Leading new client onboarding process in collaboration with the Implementation Consultant
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) which include account performance metrics, industry insights, best practices and highlight incremental opportunities.
• Act as the first point of contact for escalated support issues and file tickets with the appropriate teams ensuring the problem is ultimately resolved.
• Thoroughly understand all aspects of the AfterShip platform in order to explain the technology to all types of users.
• Be the client's trusted advisor to ensure they get the correct value out of AfterShip.
• Help eliminate bottlenecks by working cross-functionally with a global team across time zones (Sales, Support, Product, Engineering) in order to ensure customer success.
• Communicate best practices and new product features to evangelize with customers, as well as delivering customer feedback to the Product team.
• Be responsible for Dollar Retention Rate and Customer Retention Rate.
• Be willing to travel for onsite client meetings/trade events (up to 40% and fully expensed).
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in a customer-facing, technical roles in either SaaS, eCommerce, or marketing automation technology
• You have strong customer-facing skills and radiate enthusiasm, poise, confidence, and professionalism
• Ability to understand and explain technical solutions in layman's term to client
• You can successfully deliver multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
• You're comfortable in a growth-paced environment that requires strong time management and prioritization skills
• You have executive level interpersonal, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• You have prior experience with business reports, preferably in the form of QBRs

• 3+ years experience in a customer-facing, technical roles in either SaaS, eCommerce, or marketing automation technology
• You have strong customer-facing skills and radiate enthusiasm, poise, confidence, and professionalism
• Ability to understand and explain technical solutions in layman's term to client
• You can successfully deliver multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
• You're comfortable in a growth-paced environment that requires strong time management and prioritization skills
• You have executive level interpersonal, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• You have prior experience with business reports, preferably in the form of QBRs
• You have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Your Mission:
As a People Operations Intern reporting to the Head of People, you will be responsible for crafting a fantastic employee experience for AfterShippers in our Austin hub, and play an important role as an extension of the North American People Team. This is a great opportunity for students looking to get work experience in a high-growth tech company environment or are looking to pursue a career in Human Resources and People Operations.
The successful candidate has strong communication and relationship management skills, works in a proactive manner, is tech-savvy, well organized and adept at handling sensitive employee information. You would be expected to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality. This is an opportunity to create a meaningful work experience for your colleagues and work in a dynamic environment where everyday feels unique.
This is a paid part-time internship position where you would be expected to work with the team on-site in our office in Austin, Texas, as well as liaise with the People Team, particularly the People Operations Specialist based in Toronto, Canada, virtually.
The People Operations Intern will work 15 hours per week (2 x 7.5hr work days) for the duration of 15 weeks over the Spring/Summer term (May - August 2023).
What You’ll Do:
• Ensure the office is well maintained and secure (cleanliness, office and snack supplies as appropriate).
• Maintain records, documentation, budget records, and files (e.g. company laptop tracking or WeWork pass allocation).
• Reception duties, including greeting employees and clients visiting the office.
• Support employees with office equipment and supplies.
• New hire orientation to the office and onboarding assistance during their first weeks.
• Support with the planning and execution of team events/socials.
• Plan and execute culture-building initiatives.
Who We're Looking For:
• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a co-op or required internship program, preferably in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of core functions within People Operations and/or Project Management is an asset.
• Work experience in an operations role or startup setting would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with G-Suite, Mac OS, BambooHR, and Notion is an asset.
• Strong relationship management skills to build strong partnerships with internal teams both in-person and remotely.
• Have the ability to maintain focus under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines and fulfill people related projects.
