What will you do?

You Have:
• 2+ years of experience with the systems engineering and software development life cycle
• Experience with Agile methodology, requirements definition, Scrum, contract data requirements list creation, editing and delivery, system documentation, and customer support
• Ability to support missions through detailed, well written, and government accepted documentation and requirements traceability
• Ability to identify and track technical debt, risks, and opportunities at a tactical and strategic level
• Ability to function on a team and fully engage in Agile planning and support
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of hire

Nice If You Have:
• Experience with Cloud software development, requirements traceability, government contract data requirements lists, risk management processes or best practices, or software backend testing
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Visio graphic design
• Ability to deliver all documentation on time through the contract data requirements list approval process, including helping to bring the next level of value added to taskings
• Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Required Qualifications:

Experience/Skills:
• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager in a software development environment.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software development lifecycle.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a plus.

Communication:

Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. Strong teamwork skills are required as well.

Preferred Experience:
• Success in leveraging both traditional practices (waterfall), as well as emerging methods (e.g., Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps, etc.) that are optimized for agility.
• Experience managing and integrating IT/OT products for large-scale complex project.
• Experience implementing IaaS, PaaS, SaaS solutions that include software/hardware components or sensors.
• Working knowledge of data and information security in such as DoD, DOE or NNSA environment a plus.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6 year's experience in agile software methodologies and High School diploma if no college degree.

Work Hours:

A work week will be 40 hours based on assigned schedule, typically 4-10s. Work week excludes SRS holidays. Each workday includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Some level of telework may be allowed.
