As an Internship Program Coordinator, you will provide recruiting operations support for the internship program in addition to broader operations support for the Talent Acquisition team. You will coordinate intern and campus related activities. You will also work with candidates, hiring managers, interviewing teams, and other People and Culture (PC) departments to coordinate activities related to the recruiting and onboarding processes for intern hires and full-time hires. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
What you do:
• Manage intern event planning, communications, data tracking, and posting internship opportunities
• Recruiter support to include scheduling Recruiter screens and interviews with the business (may include travel arrangements for non-local candidates), creation of offer letters, and gathering candidate resumes
• Relationship management to provide positive experiences to candidates and interviewing teams throughout the recruitment cycle
• New hire onboarding to include communications to the Hiring Managers and partnership with other PC teams
• Manage Talent Acquisition operational tasks to include offer letter and new hire templates
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency

What you bring:
• 2+ years’ experience required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

Minimum experience:

Preferred experience:
• 8-10 years of experience preferred in financial services industry in Advanced Sales case consultation role with point-of-sale experience.
• Advanced degree preferred; JD, CPA, MBA, CFP, ChFC or industry designation.

What you do:

What you do:
The Product Manager role will be responsible for end-to-end execution deliverables needed to ensure success of the product line, as measured by product line OKRs. The Product Manager is involved in the creation of the strategy supporting Allianz Life's products, and serves as liaison between business, technology, and design teams. They lead cross-functional initiatives and manage components and relationships in every phase of development, from product planning through launch and beyond. This role maintains close connection to and works cross-functionally with peers and superiors in Distribution, Operations, Actuarial, IT, and other key stakeholder to drive customer and business outcomes. This role also regularly interacts with Senior and Executive Leaders of the company. You will report into the Sr. Director of Product Strategy and Business Development.
Job Responsibilities:
• Active role in development of strategy supporting the Product Line. Responsible for creation and execution of the product line roadmap, working closely with product delivery and implementation teams to ensure business outcomes are achieved
• Lead business case development in alignment with product line and company objectives and key results (OKR's).
• Responsible for driving the product vision, collaborating with ideation and market intelligence teams, distribution, operations, IT, TSEO and other key business partners to build new products and services, all in continuous alignment with a vision and strategic roadmap
• Responsible for keeping the Business Sponsor informed of progress against roadmap and working closely with Business Sponsor and other key stakeholder to adjust roadmap as needed to meet product line OKR's
• Form and lead cross-functional, ad-hoc working groups to problem solve high impact, urgent issues as they arise; may require mentoring/influencing people not in direct management line
• Continually evaluate data and analytics to build customer insights. Responsible for driving better customer experience through analytics and experimentation
What you bring:
• 8+ years' experience required including experience in product line management or related capability.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
• Ability to lead and drive outcomes through collaborative, cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
