• Weekend will be every other weekend - 2 weekends/ 4-week block.

Requirements
• MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
• BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, non-restricted medical license in MN and WI (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN and WI DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable

Job Requirements
• Associate's or Vocational degree graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Bachelor's degree graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred
• New graduate hires must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing which is inclusive of clinical rotations in an acute care setting (American Association of Colleges of Nursing or National League for Nursing)
• Internal clinic employees who have functioned successfully as a CMA or LPN with a minimum of 3 years may be considered from an accredited school that does not have clinical rotations
