Position Overview:

We're currently seeking an experienced and dynamic International Manager of Customer Acquisition to join our rapidly expanding team. You will play a critical role in driving our business growth, by building, leading, and coaching a high-performance team. You will lead and support the day-to-day operations of the team by coaching them to have that hunter mentality when it comes to sourcing leads, dialing, and closing deals. You will enjoy this role if you are organized, persistent, charismatic, analytical, and hard-working and if you are determined to grow your own skills as well as your teams. As the International Manager of Customer Acquisition you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities/Duties:
• Working with Latin American and European markets
• Create & maintain a high-performance sales team
• Lead and drive the development of team and individual’s performance
• Collaborative leader who serves as a player/coach to help a geographically distributed team consistently meet goals in a virtual environment
• Meet and exceed sales targets by building customer relationships & effectively communicating with customers and team members
• Demonstrate expertise and mastery in sales and sales management function by training to strengthen and increase industry, product, leadership, and sales skills
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan for team that aligns to organizational goals
• Support strategizing team members’ pipeline review, account plans, identify opportunities for increased business & efficiency
• Prominent contributing member of the Sales team in revenue, culture, and as a brand ambassador
• Support interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new talent

Qualifications Required:
• Are fluent in English + 2 Additional Languages (Trilingual)
• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent field sales work experience
• Minimum of 5 years with proven track record of success in sales related industry and/or SAAS preferred
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience of B2B sales leadership in sales related industry and/or SAAS preferred
• Experience selling internationally/foreign markets
• Strong leadership skills
