The Senior Manager, Prospect Development must be a servant leader. S/he will be responsible for overseeing the process of identifying, researching, prioritizing, and assigning prospects throughout the file. S/he must understand the minds and hearts of our donors and be willing and able to connect with them directly, while simultaneously analyze data and trends, strategize around new opportunities, apply best-practices, and offer vital support to our frontline fundraisers and leadership by actively managing prospect pools and caseloads and constructing donor journeys that honor relationships and lead to more closing asks. S/he will manage a Prospect Research Associate and will partner with them to develop and deliver data-centric recommendations to leadership regarding metrics and strategies to grow the donor pipeline and support fundraising initiatives and campaigns.

This position reports to the Director of Relationship Advancement and will work collaboratively in a team environment.

Essential Responsibilities
• Lead the continued development of the donor funnel, building active prospect pools and strategically managed caseloads through moves management best practices, architecting donor journeys, engagement with our partners, proactive research, and analysis
• Manage the assignment of prospects in a way that ensures relationship marketing, mid-level, major, and gift planning are coordinated, and prospects are moved successfully through the fundraising cycle
• Lead and refine qualification efforts for prospects across all channels and provide recommendations to advisors on prospect strategy and priorities
• Devise strategies for obtaining new prospects to ensure the ongoing development, expansion, and renewal of the prospect base, to which the ministry will turn for future engagement opportunities
• Ensure that frontline fundraiser caseloads are populated with appropriate levels of prospects, and that all necessary information for cultivation is present and accurate
• Proactively anticipate and seek out information related to the immediate priorities of the development department
• Populate, organize, and maintain shared information systems and prospect information files
• Provide visually compelling quantitative and qualitative analysis of pipeline activity and movement to drive strategic planning across Ministry Advancement utilizing the CRM, Excel, Tableau and other tools
• Oversee database screenings and other procedures related to prospect development
• Oversee and mentor Prospect Researcher. Track progress and ensure accountability through individual meetings and performance reviews as needed
• Collaborate with the Prospect Researcher and DIIT on portfolio management processes and procedures

• Under the Senior Manager, facilitate the establishment of the social media, email, and website marketing plans and editorial calendars and execution of related efforts, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
• Generate, in coordination with the marketing team and external vendors, content that is informative, appealing and engaging; generating, editing, publishing, and sharing content regularly (original text, images, video, HTML, etc.)
• Actively monitor, listen, and respond to inbound messages and wall posts on all FLDC social media profiles, ensuring both private and public social communications reflect brand values and messaging priorities
• Monitor trends in social media and digital marketing, tools, and applications, and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the use of social media at the FLDC
• Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities

A Visitor Experience Assistant (VEA) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all Faith and Liberty Discovery Center (FLDC) guests. This position, as part of a team of VEAs and are first in line to welcome and engage with guests to FLDC.
