The incumbent will compose correspondence, pro forma invoices, and receipts; perform data entry on memberships, subscriptions, orders, and meeting registrations; process claims and requests for refunds; prepare materials to ship to members; sort and distribute department mail and faxes; and assist with phone coverage. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a professional relationship with the aircraft professional, inputting aircraft specifications into internal program... and updating aircraft status via email/phone, outgoing and incoming.
Responsibilities
• Communicating with the aircraft professional on a weekly basis to update on their existing fleet
• Enter aircraft for sale on a daily basis
• Answer and Process incoming emails from the aircraft professional
• Confirm exclusives with owner/operator of aircraft
• Keep updated on new equipment
• Build and maintain relationships with the aircraft professional
Requirements
• You must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and organized
• You must possess the desire to learn about the technical side of corporate aviation
• Experience in and a passion for the aviation industry is highly desirable
• You must have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
• Working knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and in using the internet are requirements
