Description:

GENERAL SUMMARY
• This position contributes to the success of Client by providing general administrative support to the Anchorage, AK location.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Create a welcoming and warm environment for Client visitors and contractors. Maintain Client Security policy to ensure entrance to our property is monitored.
• Provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers in person and via email or telephone.
• Schedule and conduct Orientation for all new hire candidates which includes printing handouts, passing out uniforms, scanning documents, and filing paperwork.
• Conduct a weekly inventory of building supplies, office supplies, breakroom supplies, maintenance supplies to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
• Sort mail and schedule pickup or delivery of shipments.
• Maintain and update employee boards.
• Being able to lift a minimum of 30 1bs.
• Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, faxing, creating presentations, updating reports, etc.
• Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned.
• Ad hoc responsibilities to fit the needs of the business.

BASIC QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Efficient written and verbal communication skills. basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), and ability to operate common office equipment (e.g., fax machine, photocopier).
• Proficient use of basic business software (e.g., Microsoft EXCEL, Word etc.) including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.
• Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency.
• Must be a strong team player and assist others when necessary.
• Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Responsible and reliable.
• Self-motivated and proactive. Aptitude to work with minimal supervision.
