The Australian National University Service Portfolio supports the strategic priorities of the University by delivering critical services, advice, and infrastructure platforms, driven by a commitment to excellent customer service. The Residential Experience Division, within the Service Portfolio delivers on whole of University strategic priorities relating to our on-campus student accommodation, providing a safe and welcoming environment to enable students to achieve their highest academic outcomes.

The Senior Accommodation Officer will be responsible for providing high-level support to the Accommodation Services Manager in managing the University's on-campus accommodation portfolio. The successful candidate will have extensive... experience in student accommodation or similar roles, data analysis and a demonstrated ability to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will provide direction and leadership to the team, oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, assist the Accommodation Services Manager in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the provision of accommodation services, analyse data related to all aspects of student accommodation and use this data to develop reports to assist with allocations and future developments, and provide support to students in relation to their accommodation needs, including responding to enquiries and providing advice and guidance on accommodation options.
