What the day will look like
The Health Solutions Specialist will contribute to the team's success by taking ownership of and accountability for assigned projects and deliverables. You will play an integral role on the client team, with exposure to all aspects of day-to-day client service delivery. This includes:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls via 800 lines with multi-product portfolio- Professional Liability products
• Respond to customer communications via email and written correspondence

What the day will look like
The core objective of the role is to sell high quality insurance solutions using our proprietary software, in the Life and P&C Insurance market. To deliver on this objective you will:
Use a thorough understanding of your target market to understand market and client issues
Develop a strong understanding of individual customer needs and create proposals for how Aon can best address their requirements
Be fully proficient on Tyche, Remetrica and Pathwise capabilities and able to talk knowledgably about our proposition to promote opportunities
Work to develop the sales strategy and deliver pitches / respond to RFPs for your allocated markets for product sales and to meet the client’s needs
Operate independently (and in collaboration with other Aon colleagues) and manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification through to close
Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to perform demonstrations; roadshows, conferences and other similar marketing events.
