The role includes documenting a holistic view of data across key business processes and systems, driving business decisions. The individual will oversee the design work for data processes and collaborate with the data architecture team to provide business insights.

The individual will work with business teams on data-related issues and participate in Data Governance councils to provide proactive insights. They will oversee the impact analysis for data definitions and processes across the business to ensure continuity and standardization.

The role involves partnering with the technical team to prioritize automated data lineage and guiding data architecture requirements across domains and brands. The individual will provide input into data standards and ensure end-to-end data flows are planned and managed.

As a leader in the Data Governance team, the individual will work closely with data product leaders. This role requires strong Data Governance experience.

Requirements include:

\t3+ years of experience leading data governance initiatives
\tStrong experience dealing with governance/compliance frameworks such as HITRUST, GDPR, SOC2, etc. is essential.
\tNeeds to have 1,000+ user experience within a global enterprise and is helpful if the candidate has dealt with integrations with sales organizations, vendors, and partners

Under moderate supervision collect, sort and prepare all incoming and outgoing mail and parcels for delivery. Operate print center equipment to complete customer printing requests.

Essential Job Functions & Tasks:
1. Receive and deliver United States mail and packages, inter-company mail and third party carriers such as UPS, Fed Ex and DHL.
2. Deliver mail promptly and follow established procedures for daily routines.
3. Operate mailing equipment such as Folder & Inserter, Postage mailing system, UPS World Ship and Intra, our internal & external tracking system.
4. Receive and process print and forms job requests via electronic, phone or walk-up methods.
5. Operate various print center equipment including but not limited to; copiers, folding machines, collators, hole punches, cutting tables and other bindery equipment.
6. Collate, bind, and package print jobs for customer delivery.
7. Check for quality and accuracy of print jobs. Maintain proper stocking levels of print materials and supplies.
8. Must understand technical print industry terminology in order to communicate effectively with technicians; as needed.

Basic Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: 1 years customer service experience required. Licenses/Certifications: Valid state drivers license required.

This position is for an experienced Electrical Engineering professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise.

Job responsibilities:

Coordinate, test, and verify Electrical Power requirements with teammates, customers, and system architects through the development and sustainment of various systems
Review supplier and partner qualification data to ensure compliance to clients and FAA electrical power requirements
Perform Electrical Loads Analysis (ELA) on a multitude of platforms in accordance with MIL-E-7016 and MIL-STD-704
Lead and coordinate work to analyze and translate requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications
Solve problems concerning and provide other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
Support project management by tracking and reporting project status, by generating bids and requirements, and by providing work statement, budget, and schedule.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
Must have previous experience in the defense or aerospace industry
Must have previous experience writing/verifying Electrical Power requirements
Must have experience using power measurement test and measurement instrumentation (such as power supplies, power meters, and analyzers)
Must be familiar with Electrical Loads Analysis (ELA) concepts and MIL-E-7016

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

\tAs a Network Systems Assurance Engineer, you’ll be building, implementing, and evolving our highly complex network to support the needs of our customers.

\tYou will be responsible for the advanced installation and configuration of switching, data communications, and peripheral equipment associated with the Mobile Switching Centers and transport hubs.

The Accounts Receivable Analyst is tasked with maximizing cash flow with a clear strategy for managing assigned portfolio of clients and revenue streams. The Analyst is responsible meet Non-Subscriber Account Receivable targets. Utilizing strong analytical and customer service skills, the Analyst will work closely with both internal and external partners to proactively identify and resolve issues that may lead to payment performance issues including billing discrepancies, missing credits, and misapplied payments. The Analyst also ensures invoice accuracy by reviewing and confirming that billing data conforms to specifications prescribed by the contract or established business rules. The successful Analyst must be an efficient self-starter with an ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Portfolio Management: Ownership and management of assigned portfolio of accounts. Establish an effective AR management strategy to maximize cash flow and minimize debt by improving and optimizing processes to drive operational excellence. Ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections of the receivable. Document all interactions with internal and external customers for historical reference and potential dispute resolution. Portfolio health is managed through review and analysis of account aging.

Process Improvements: Maintain accurate customer data, establish effective billing and cash application processes to minimize exceptions. Establish a proactive collection process. Investigate use of technology to automate repetitive tasks or work with offshore partner to transfer those tasks offshore.

Partnership: Develop strategic partnerships with internal groups to help manage the day to day business processes and escalations.

Process Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation & workflows and cross-train as backup for other team analysts

Reporting & Reconciliation: Utilize analysis tools to provide reporting. Reconcile and validate postings and activities performed in production.

Education: Bachelors required, in Finance, Accounting preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Microsoft Office:Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Word, PowerPoint) Advanced Excel
-SAP: Experience with SAP or similar ERP system, Advanced SAP proficiency preferred
-Communication: Superior oral and written communication skills including the ability to flex communication style and to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
-Cross Functional Relationships: Ability to build lasting and effective working relationships with both internal and external partners to drive resolutions
-Detailed Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills; effectively balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
-Vendor Management: Experience working directly with and training offshore vendor partners-preferred
