Position Overview:
Will travel daily to create, plan, and execute sales for new and existing clients, primarily within Southern California. This role is essential for expanding our market presence and driving sales growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Spend more than 50% of working time actively engaged in selling products to prospective and current clients.
Spend more than 50% of working time on the road, away from any home or corporate office, for the purpose of selling (occasional overnight travel needed for tradeshows or to visit out of the area customers)
Travel daily to various locations to meet with new and existing clients.
Sell the company’s products and make direct sales to clients.
Obtain orders and contracts for services.
Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
Communicate with clients to identify and understand their product or service needs; demonstrate the functions and utility of our products and services based on their needs.
Work towards increasing sales growth at an established rate determined by the company.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
Provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
Act as the company representative and engage in selling activities at trade association meetings and clients’ sites.
Attend weekly meetings with the COO and/or Business Development Manager.
Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven outside sales experience in packaging for the food and beverage, beauty, or cosmetics industries.

Other Requirements:

Ability to travel daily and spend most of the day in a vehicle.
Must be able to maintain the legal right to drive on behalf of the company.
Must be insured for at least the statutory minimums.
May not have any major or recurring driving violations.
Must reside in Southern California
