Responsibilities
This role falls within the Acceleration Community under Change Management. A successful Value Acceleration Lead is able to/is expected to serve as a project management and change management leader, focused on efficient and expedited implementation of contract strategies and initiatives within their respective Ministry Market.
Value Acceleration Leads will support the Integration Community by contributing to implementation efforts for non-clinical and minimally complex products and services (e.g., office products, purchased services). Additional project support will be provided to the entire field team, as well as our clinical end-users and stakeholders, through change management, critical thinking, value selling, strategic communications, conflict resolution, executive presence, and relationship building.

• Collaborates with the local Integration team to support national initiatives and achieve local goals and savings targets through analytics, project planning, strategic communication, and tactical assistance
• Leads in the identification, documentation, and reporting of local supply and purchased services savings
• Aligns closely with regional Integration leaders, clinical end-users and key stakeholders to facilitate new product review and selection through local decision teams
• Partners with local contracting counterparts to ensure alignment with national commitments, and helps drive contracting strategies to completion
• Supports Integration team with case cost analysis to support market service line and clinical leaders in development of operational savings targets and department growth strategies
• Leads market-level business reviews with key stakeholders to ensure alignment to meet business objectives

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization and in collaboration with a registered nurse.
• Assist with patient care including observation and documentation of patient healthcare needs and communication of pertinent information to the registered nurse and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Assist with documentation and implementation of physician and nursing orders under the direction of the registered nurse preceptor.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Communicate, monitor and record changes in patient conditions as appropriate.

Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data from multiple sources for the development of reports and statistical information.
• Compile analytical and statistical reports as needed.
• Formulate, define and recommend scope and format of reports.
• Oversee provision of ad hoc management reports.
• Review information for accuracy and reconciles data on a regular basis.
• Provide support and education to staff on how to access reports and interpret the data.
• Identify data trends and make recommendations for quality improvement.
Requirements
Education:
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
Pharmacy Tech experience REQUIRED
Experience with 340B HIGHLY preferred
Must reside within 2 hours of the Chicago area
