• Greet customers to assess customer needs and provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Describe footwear and apparel technology to ensure customers are making informed decisions for their purchase
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, and policies regarding purchases and exchanges or returns
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of footwear and apparel to maximize sales goals
• Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts as well as know how to prevent or handle these situations
• Maintain store appearance by straightening, sizing, and refolding merchandise to create exceptional shopping experience
• Support the processing of shipment and merchandise by sensoring, repricing, and filling the sales floor with product to sell to customers
• Retrieve product from the floor, back-stock and/or up-stock using provided equipment as needed

POSITION PURPOSE / SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position):
Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (AHQ & Category Reporting), the Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and preparing variance reports. The Financial Analyst will also be in charge of providing financial support to the management team, prepare projection reports, conducting financial reporting, as well as creating and presenting cash flow and revenue reports for the management team. The financial analyst will be using Excel, BPC, and SAP extensively.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (include titles of positions directly reporting to this position):
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Interacts with all levels throughout organization including employees and outside vendors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of all monthly and quarterly financial information including Sales, MRP, Disclosure, BRP, IR, MTPs, and Forecast Reports, from the group companies.
Analyze actual vs. budget vs. last year variances for sales, expense, and balance sheet accounts for AHQ reporting.
Uploads and distributes the actual, forecasted & budgeted exchange rates to BPC (BRL, CAD, MXN, ARS, CLP, PEN, and COP).
Assist in completing information for Global Executive Meetings and Board Meetings.
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures to enhance the group financial & reporting workflow.

Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (AHQ & Category Reporting), the Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and preparing variance reports. Analyze actual vs. budget vs. last year variances for sales, expense, and balance sheet accounts for AHQ reporting.
Uploads and distributes the actual, forecasted & budgeted exchange rates to BPC (BRL, CAD, MXN, ARS, CLP, PEN, and COP).
Assist in completing information for Global Executive Meetings and Board Meetings.
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures to enhance the group financial & reporting workflow.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
• This position interacts with all levels throughout organization in Japan and North America including outside vendors
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist the Merchandise Manager in the monthly PO plan, SLT plan and any other special requests and review.
• Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, seasonal, and ad-hoc reports.
• Assist in managing daily Merchandising tasks, including: accurately maintaining line lists, reconciling and updating receipts, communicating with cross-functional team members in a timely manner, generating sales and inventory reports from product and inventory aspect to Onitsuka Tiger HQ Product/Commercial Department, etc.
• Enter all purchase orders into the system for both monthly/seasonal sales product and samples.
• Attend global product meeting (MCU/GTM etc) to ensure overall product education and knowledge transfer to all the stakeholders.
• Assist in product allocation/replenishment analysis and strategy based on product performance and inventory levels, ensuring sales are optimized and maximizing MOH efficiency. Collaborate with Allocator and other team members with keying in allocation directives into the master system as needed.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Manager on building the assortment.

POSITION PURPOSE / SUMMARY STATEMENT :
As the Assistant Head Coach (Assistant Store Manager), you will support the Head Coach (Store Manager) with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the store including sales, customer service, recruiting and training, coaching, and maintaining high store standards. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Supervises store employees in the absence of the Head Coach. This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Monitoring sales floor activities by walking and visually inspecting the store, make decisions regarding employee breaks, observe employee interactions with customers, and BOH assignments
• Perform opening and closing tasks such as ensuring products are visually appealing for the next business day
• Coach team members on sales strategy, presentation of product information and general customer service to uphold exceptional customer experience
• Greet and assist customers, answer customer questions, and guide product selection in order to provide excellent customer service
• Confirm sales targets are being met by monitoring hourly store and team member sales, and adjusting where necessary
• Accept payment for customer purchases using POS machine
• Assist Stock Associate (if applicable at your location) in receiving and inspecting merchandise from the distribution center by counting and opening each box to ensure accurate number of product
• Audit sales and transaction reports for accuracy and discrepancies as part of a loss prevention strategy
• Maintain store appearance throughout business hours by restocking merchandise shelves, folding apparel and organizing shoe displays
• Analyze store data (such as past sales metrics, projected sales numbers, comparisons of sales vs. associates on the floor, etc.) to devise a sales strategy
• Interacts with all levels throughout organization including employees and outside vendors

• Knowledge of selling techniques to promote and sell athletic footwear and apparel. This includes strategies on achieving expected sales goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE :
• 2+ years of retail management
• Experience in luxury, sporting goods or athletic industry preferred
• Computer skills: Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Support the processing of shipment and merchandise by sensoring, repricing, and filling the sales floor with product to sell to customers
• Retrieve product from the floor, back-stock and/or up-stock using provided equipment as needed
