ATI is hiring enthusiastic nurse educators to work remotely and provide part-time one on one online instruction to individuals preparing for NCLEX. Virtual ATI Educators/NCLEX Specialist position are hired on an as needed basis. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
• Utilize technology to provide one on one online instruction to support participants preparing for NCLEX
• Understand ATI products and solutions to assist customers

• Real-time monitoring and analyzation of PowerBI Performance Dashboard and collaborates with faculty and campus leadership to develop follow-up plans for the following exam data: ATI CMS, Comprehensive Predictor benchmarks, Capstone exams, Practice Assessments, and other exams as deemed necessary per the curriculum;
• Collaborates with campus in reconciling official NCLEX results to trackers and performs deep dive analysis of students that were unsuccessful on NCLEX examination;
• Collaborates with the campus Nursing Administration in analysis of the NCSBN Mountain Measures report and developing plans for improvement.
• Plans In-services and Professional Development related to test taking, test writing, NCLEX preparation and success, etc.
• Maintains contact with pre and post grad students through NCLEX testing to encourage and guide students including continued use of ATI products through successful testing status.
• Collaborates with students prior to graduation to provide a data driven NCLEX-RN study guide to promote NCLEX-RN Academic readiness and prompt licensure testing.
• Continues frequent contact with students post-graduation to encourage and guide students through NCLEX testing to encourage and guide students including continued use of ATI products through successful testing status.
• Collaborates with campus Nursing Administration on NCLEX Tracking through students, instructors, and state board of nursing website.
• Leads Licensure department initiatives in collaboration with the campus, ensuring that the student has a prescription for success and score card leading up to the licensure examination
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Pay Range: $80,000-87,000/yr
Qualifications
• Registered Nurse with current and unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure or eligible in all states where Workforce Development programs are established including California;
• Master's Degree in Nursing required; Terminal Degree in Nursing (DNP, EdD, PhD) preferred;
• Able to meet the faculty requirements set by California's Board of Registered Nursing and all states where School-in-a-Box operates;
• Experience which demonstrates: Current knowledge of nursing practice; ability to mentor and coach students; effective communication skills, both verbal and written; pre-licensure nursing online teaching experience required utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS);
• Prior work with students preparing for NCLEX-RN exam administration and licensure;
• Familiarity with distance technologies such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams to connect with students and faculty in the online space.
