• Experience in working on production support with various SLAs.

• Should be an independent performer and coach other team members.

Job Purpose: Maintain quality standards by inspecting finished goods assigned by QC Supervisor and record results.

Duties And Responsibilities
• Conducts visual and measurement tests and rejects unacceptable finished goods.
• Transports cartons using a platform and hand jack, manually lifting/moving, or using a lift table to move cartons from platforms to the inspection conveyor and back to a platform.
• Safely cut open cartons using an approved box knife provided by ASG.
• Count and verify finished goods in cartons match the carton license plate or pick list and notifies Supervisor of any discrepancies.
• Removes spots and stains from finished goods.
• Ability to read and understand customer orders and audit requests on pick lists.
• Document inspection results by completing logs requested by Supervisor.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.

Skills/Qualifications/Education/Licenses & Certifications: High school diploma or GED required; attention to detail, accountability, adaptability, continuous learning, teamwork.
