The Global Alliance Director will be responsible to identify new potential third party alliances/vendors as well as expand existing ones. They will provide overall relationship management, communicate goals, provide KPI results and create collateral to build pipeline and increase revenue. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams that include: Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Services as part of the continuous relationship management of the partner with the goal to improve quality and maximize sales opportunities. This role will remain informed on industry trends, new product introductions and technology, using it to continuously improve knowledge and performance of sales teams. This person will be expected to handle partner escalations and resolution of complex customer issues. • Sales skills such as; negotiation, securing exec support, joint selling, building pipelines and closing deals

COMPENSATION
The pay range for this opportunity is from $189,000 to $256,000 + performance-related bonus + benefits
This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. The Voice/Data Communications Engineer will be responsible for generating the most Innovative, Intuitive, and Integrated solutions that can be deployed to meet the communications needs of Enterprise users. The successful candidate must have a deep technical understanding of:
Avaya CM/Unified Communications products:
• Legacy telecommunications services (e.g., analog, digital PSTN lines and trunks, etc.)
• Performing communications system’s health assessments to include technology and/or routing protocols including review of systems device health and collection of performance-related data.
• Integrating technical requirements and design goals into the overall enterprise network design.
• Maintains subject matter level expertise in unified voice, data, and video technologies and systems administration capabilities
• Provides tier 2/3 support to investigate and resolve problems, inefficiencies, and performance issues which may require shift work or after hours call-in 7/24/365 to meet customer SLAs.
• Familiar with various ticketing systems and managing customer reported issues by opening, maintaining, and closing tickets to meet SLA and KPI initiatives.
