The Role

The Client Services Ticketing Manager manages the relationship with venue clients within discipline, supervising a team of leads and specialist who provide front-line, top-notch service and support for ticketing managers at some of the most iconic/sports venues across the country. Acts as a relationship manager and tech support; advises, assists and advocates for ticketing venue partners and provides support for all products and services. Develops close relationships with clients and acts as the primary resource for all event configuration and box office inquiries.

The Role

AXS is seeking an ambitious and highly skilled Vice President of Field Operations to bring their experience, passion, and desire to thrive in the festival and live event lifestyle. The VP of Operations will work both independently and within a team environment to manage, concept, budget, advance, and project manage with multiple event partners in North America. What Will You Do?
• Become a partner/extension of the Festival and Special Event Account Management teams: working side by side understanding their clients’ goals and requirements.
• Manage internal AXS on-site support teams as well as Independent Contractors.
• Coordinate with AXS Field IT for on-site logistics, support as well as installation/tear down across multiple environments at an event.
• Manage Ticket Fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery and support for multiple events
• Find efficiencies across multiple events; identify bottlenecks, develop solutions and create new systems.
• Create and manage annual and event budgets relating to travel, equipment, labor, and other related expenses. (vendors, permits, labor, signage, etc.).
• Deliver or source training resources as needed and ensure clear operational delivery, on-site supervision and safety.
• Research vendors, suppliers, etc. offering new technologies or approaches.
• Implement new best practice recommendations for internal operations.
• Develop and maintain internal departmental relationships.
• Proactively implement and manage solutions that adhere to SOC1, SOC2, and PCI standards.
• Direct advance, including statements of work and detailed requirements, for operational and technical on site engagements.
• Be a strong strategic thinker and an outstanding communicator, proficient at both leading a team and working independently to produce quality results, capable of building relationships and trust across all levels and teams at AXS.

What Will You Bring?
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 7+ years management experience in ticketing and support industry with multi-function service-oriented organizations.
• Experience in festivals, live events and large-scale site operations.
• Adept in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel.
• Superior project and time management skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects and rapidly changing deliverables at once, prioritizing and re-prioritizing multiple times each day.
• Work independently with necessary status updates
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Eye for details with impeccable project oversight, ability to see the big picture.
• Have a creative yet practical event management approach.
• Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
• Strong sense of customer and client service, proven success in delivery of world-class service.
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings, with ability to travel approximately 50%.

The Role

AXS is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team. Our Director, PMO is responsible for managing the execution and delivery of technology projects as part of the larger AXS product portfolio. The Role

AXS is seeking an IT Specialist to join our team in LA for both desktop and live event support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all support activities relating to all information technology systems for AXS including data, networks, and computer systems (hardware and software). They will provide the highest level of support to our clients and end users. This includes hardware, software, and other resources to meet the company's requirements. They will interface with a wide variety of functional areas within the organization including Client Support, Implementation and Account Management. Provide a high level of customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

The Role

AXS is seeking Box Office Ticket Sellers for the City of Denver. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers with ticket purchases. Distributing will call to customers for various events. Informing customers of general Venue information (i.e., upcoming events, ticket availability, event selection, and general parking information). At the end of his/her shift, employee will reconcile all sales and will call receipts.

What you’ll be doing….
• Opens and or closes ticket window as required
• Accurately dispenses tickets as requested by patrons
• Accepts payment and make change accurately
• Maintains accurate count when selling hard tickets or accesses computer for count of computer printed tickets
• Completes daily ticket sales report
• Keeps accurate daily balance sheet of cash received and tickets sold
• Balances sales and change bank and submits cash to Box Office Supervisor or Manager for audit
• Handles Will-Call window according to procedure, or other related duties assigned by supervisor
• Assist customers with general venue information (i.e. event availability, event pricing, event seat selection, event scheduling, general parking information).
• Assist Patrons with finding their mobile tickets, resolving issues they may have with their mobile tickets in cooperation with a ticketing supervisor
