How You'll Act:

The tasks you will complete are all coordinated to help our clients use our lead generation platform to accomplish their desired business goals. You will coordinate how our products and services are used and consumed.

Once you get the client on the right track, find out about their target market, products, services, current clientele, and future business goals.

You can then give internal guidance on creating a marketing campaign. You will proactively search for best practices to share and sales playbooks to enhance and maximize the value of our product as you grow our offering.

What we're searching for is this:

Have a track record of success managing difficult client interactions and experience in B2B sales, business consulting, and customer success.

Possessing strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to establish connections with internal and client stakeholders (including business and C-suite).

Knowledge of creating and implementing business cases that describe the value to customers.

The capacity to simultaneously handle several projects, deadlines, and customer accounts.
