What will you be doing?

• Owning the delivery of CTF evaluations, including driving data collection and validation activities
• Researching client transition plans, operating related models, and implementing technology solutions

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience of AML/KYC gained within Investment or Corporate banking
• Background in reviewing complex structures, PEPs and/or Sanctions screening
• Experience of using approved KYC vendor sources e.g. D&B, LexisNexis, World Check, and others
• Prior experience in managing Operational teams focused on KYC, Onboarding, or similar function

• Ideally qualified to Degree standard, preferably in a business/law related subject
• AML/Compliance Certification
• Cash Management – Cert ICM

What will you be doing?

• Reviewing system generated alerts to assess presence of illicit activity that may require reporting based on BSA/AML requirements

• Conducting research as required, and documenting detailed results in written format

• Reviewing PEP and Sanction alerts for potential matches and conducting research as required

• Writing suspicious activity reports (SARs)

• Completing follow-up reviews on activity that was previously reported as suspicious

• Identifying trends and reporting to management

• Completing other applicable AML processes in accordance with regulations and time limitations

What we’re looking for:

• At least two years’ work experience in an AML capacity and knowledge of investigative techniques used in the investigation of financial crimes

• At least two years’ work experience in the financial services industry

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Fraud Prevention, or Homeland Security or equivalent work experience.

• At least two years’ experience in the banking or financial services industry

What will you be doing?

• Reviewing exception reports for the lines of business within Fraud, and mitigating risk by working reports and contacting customers when necessary
• Escalating, investigating, reporting, and fixing root causes of all risk events (incidents) or control failures to prevent reoccurrence
• Maintaining subject matter expertise on processes identified as high risk/high impact
• Understanding the appropriate Policies & Standards applicable to the role through reading the Code of Conduct and other training allocated
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements
• Interacting with key stakeholders internally and externally

What we’re looking for:

• Understanding of Association requirements pertaining to charge-back rights
• Previous Fraud/Merchant Dispute Operations experience
• Attention to detail, understands importance of accuracy and responsiveness
